The service sucked. The waitress was rude and couldn't remember nothing. This experience was awful. The one in Tulsa is way better and I will never come back to this one! My chimichanga was not fried all the way it was really doughy. And my boyfriend didn't get what he ordered either. Waitress didn't follow instructions very well!

Not Happy!! They do not answer the phone, food cold, poor service. A roach was crawling on the wall. I feel like the District Manager really needs to pop in the Muskogee El Chico and do something!!

Food was too spicy for my liking.Make the food not spicy and have hot sauce on the table so the customer can make it as spicy as they want. Don't punish the customers like myself.I won't return again.

Such a great place to eat! El Chico is my fav Tex restaurant and just love this one in Tulsa! Great food and great service too!

You get alot of food for your money. Waitress was friendly and helpful, just didn't come check on us very often and there was only about 8 other people there eating.

Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for any kind of flavor. The only thing that’s good here is the white dip and the chicken nachos. Everything else tastes like cardboard. Also, it took the 3 of us an hour just to get our food on a non-busy night.

We were seated and our order was taken .Received our tea, but waited 20 minutes waiting on out food and refills The waitress walked by a couple of times, cleared a table, but never came back to our table to check if we needed anything. Their was 5 of us and all our drinks were emptyThe manager was going around and asking how was the service but didn't come to our table. It wasnt that busy . We walked out after waiting 40 minutes with out any service

Have been going to this El Chico for 30 years SPOILER ALERT! The white dip served with chips has changed recipes! Yuck! It’s really badIf you like dipping your chips in ranch dressing with a few tiny bits of chopped olives and a very scant amount of some kind of cheap small hunks of cheese, then that’s your dip.Sadly, you’ll miss the slightly bitter, thicker, generous olive pieces, and original cheese that has been in it since mama Chico put it on the menu.El Chico’s in Muskogee OK was, to my knowledge, the only place you could have gotten that wonderful dip.(I dislike cancel cultures!)

My wife and I had dinner here twice in December. The service was excellent. The food came out hot and steaming. The food and quaso was delicious both times. Tonight was just the opposite. Service was slow and forgetful of our requests. My wifes soup came out cool to the touch. And yes we sent it back. We also sent back the quaso. My dinner came out Luke warm at best. When your cheese is in a solid form on your enchiladas you know there is going to be a problem. I really like this restaurant and I hope the next time we visit we will have a better experience.

SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!We were extremely disappointed in this restaurant! As we walked in there was no greeting just how many? Even our waitress walked by us twice with out a word. She acted like she really didn’t want to be there. We waited 25 minutes until she took our order, then another hour or so to get our meal. She explained the kitchen issue to the people in back of us but failed to give us a heads up personally. The Chips were outstanding but left a greasy film on the top of our mouths but the salsa was great. We ordered the fajita one beef, chicken enchilada plate and the two beef enchilada’s and a side of queso. We weren’t even given a choice of a small or lg queso. By the time we finally got our dinner we filled up on chips. We weren’t that hungry and the beef had a strange teriyaki taste ?. (In Mexican food?) when we left the hostess and others were eating and didn’t even say goodbye. Being in retail most of my life this was truly disappointing. The food was salty and small in portions. We gave our leftovers to the neighborhood dogs. Never again!! We are on a budget and this was our monthly date night, spent almost $50 on this what a waste.
