naturally I would give this place five stars it's my favorite Mexican restaurant in the world so far I mean there may be better ones out there but so far this is my favorite and I like how professional the staff is and how the manager always knows what I want before I ever even order it but still he will wait patiently for me to put in my order in case I change my mind and my food is always hot and does not get cold if I'm going to pick it up and I do a call in order or whether I'm dining in or regardless of whatever the case may be they make sure that my food is nice and freshly cooked and hot.
good food, good drink, the little girl at the register was EXTERMELY rude, I asked which ticket to signed, she snatched the ticket and pen from my hand after I wrote the tip on it. I mean GRABBED IT. So many mexican style restaurants in this town you would think being rude to a customer would be the last thing you would want to do. I should have stayed going to Sr Lopez. I will never be back here and would never recommend anyone going here. You want good food , service and nice people? Go to Sr. Lopez on York st. Jim S.

Reliable spot for delicious tex Mex. Very popular with the locals but there is lots of seating so don't worry if the parking lot is full. There's still room for you!

I really enjoyed my Carnitas. Their house salsa has a wonderful flavor as does their spicy salsa. We had a very nice and attentive server. We will return when in the area and wanting Mexican cuisine.

Got the usual I get whenever I run across an El Charro when traveling. Chicken Taco Salad. My sisters got Cheese Chicken and on the vegetarian menu the mushroom quesadilla meal. We all enjoyed our food. It was as expected for this chain. Thank you for being reliable!
