The fat Hispanic lady that works here was rude as all gets out tonight. I don’t understand how some folks get and keep a job with the type of attitude as she had. Smh. Today was definitely my last day eating Church’s in Muskogee.. unless someone else gets it for me of course. This store definitely deserves 0 stars, but of course Google forces me to give 1.
There's this latina chick with a facial tattoo who isn't a manager but acts like she owns the place. She's consistently rude to customers, is -usually- sober on Mondays, and she and her bf and her pit bull tried to attack myself and my gf in the parking lot. I have no idea why the store manager tolerates this bitchs behavior, but I refuse to go there if she's working there.
Once a favorite in spite of the appearance. When I come straight from the airport pick up lunch, only to get home to find its not what I ordered and paid for...its disheartening. I take it back tell the young lady that fixed my order it was incorrect she starts cussing and fussing about the lunch rush and being busy. She replaces the chicken yet pushes rhe old fries to me with attitude. I asked for fresh fries she said they were. I explained not if I left went home and came back they were not. She cussed again and I came out of myself and cussed back the manager finally says something and guess who its to.... me.? I know shocking. He tells me to get out yet said nothing to his employee whom he witnessed cuss a customer in front of other customers. Let corporate know I was told I'll receive a call back that didn't happen. So I know how to take my money elsewhere. Even though this is the closest chicken spot to my house. But I will drive 30 miles before I give them another dime of mine.
Been in Muskogee 13 years and this is the worst food that has come out of this store. It even looks run down on the inside.As a retired food service worker of 20 yearsI will not be back until things changed.

If you love bone in fried chicken it's the best. The white gravy is delicious, and the biscuits are unique.
Dry but I think it was because it was end of the day. Usually fresh and delicious!!!
Store needs an update. And good cleaning. But excellent staff and great tasting food.
