Wonderful food
I am loving Chili's lately. Food has been really good. The last two times we have been there I had the Ancho Salmon and carne asada. Both entrees we're delicious. Service seems to be hit or miss. But I'll add, even when we have had issues it usually is because of new and/or inexperienced wait staff. Hopefully, Chili's recognizes the importance of a good wait staff and will work hard to keep their experienced staff happy so they in turn continue to provide great service and train new staff to provide it as well.

The visit started off on the wrong foot when I asked about craft beer (which the menu suggested) and the waitress had no idea about it and didn't seem interested in finding out. It just seems if that's an available service your wait staff would know about it. The food was average. The service honestly ruined the experience.
The steak was cooked perfectly. Not a fan of the garlic butter on it. The service was rather fast, the server was prompt, polite and friendly. Only complaint I would have was our server came out and tried talking to us with a mouthful of food. Other than that it was a good experience. Will definitely visit again
20 Minute wait even with half the restaurant empty. Food good but not great. Drinks not refilled. Was paying with cash not the machine on the table...so took a long time to get out of there.

The bar is nasty dirty like it has not been wiped down for a week. The service is ok considering most places can’t get people to work. Bartenders are not very friendly. Food is same as chili’s everywhere
I would have given a better review any other day. Was actually there yesterday and had a great time. Today was a different story. I understand we came in durning a lunch rush but still. Ordered our food just fine the waitress was very knowledgeable since my boyfriend has some food allergies. My salad came out and a few bites in there was a hair. The waitress took it and said she would get it handled. The manager took $6 off our food but no one apologized or asked what they could do to make it better. We kinda got avoided after she took my salad plate. I understand being busy but it definitely could have been handled so much better.
