It was terrible! You could tell the food they served my family and I was old and had been sitting for awhile SO DRY! Will not return

This rating has nothing to do with the quality or the price of the food.Last two times tried to order gizzards and was told there would be a 15 minute wait. I appreciate the fact that they would have been fresh, but I had already waited in line at 10 to 15 minutes.
I always go to this location when I want Charlie's Chicken, but the last three times was horrible, chicken was dry, over cooked and tough, chicken taste like they buy cheap off brand chicken, so disappointed, the food is normally good, and there were flies flying around, that's nasty.
A good place , waitress in drive thru are always a pleasure. I have never received a bad meal.
The food was fresh and delicious. The only problem I had was waiting over 20 minutes for my meal.

Ordered gizzard dinner in drive-thru. Ate within 3 minutes at home. Meal was beyond cold as if it left the restaurant already cold. Heater was working fine in car so I know that meal should have been warmer! Gizzards tasted old with a twang and were so tough, they were tossed into trash after 3 bites. Grease tasted old. Seldom waste food but this meal was a total loss of $10. Will never return as a result.
