The worst experience ever with any chain restaurant. Server ( jason ) couldn't get the drinks right. Even after corrected, he brought sweet tea out instead of dr pepper, more than once. The bathroom was flooded. An employee came out of the stall in the men's room and straight to the door. Didn't flush or wash his hands. The food that we did eat was ok. But once the guy didn't wash his hands we left. $75 meal down the drain. Save your money and time and skip over this place. Needs new management bad.
Never felt less welcome! Arrived at 7:30pm (closing time listed as 11pm), host tried seating us in the bar. Asked for a table in the dining room. Food was fine, our waitress was good. The rest of the waitstaff spent the entire time we were there (and even while we were eating) vacuuming and sweeping all the tables immediately around our table. It was extremely unpleasant to say the least.
Every time I go to USA, I must stop in a BWW. Spicy wings are really great, you can also enjoy wings with regular flavors. They have bogo promo on Tuesday and Thursday. Staff is very friendly. Draft beer is really good!!
If I could give this place 0 I would. The food and service is actually good . This review is against the way the management runs the place. Watched one of the best bar tenders that has ever served me get written up for being behind because she was trying to catch up from the last shift that walked out. The heart break in her eyes was enough for me to close my tab and never come back.
I would give -1,000 stars but that's not an option. I went in and was gonna get some wings and this customer told me they're but 1 order get the 2nd half off. Ok cool I wasn't planning on purchasing that many wings but who would pass that deal up, not me. Anyway I look at the menu and tell the young lady at the counter what I wanted since they're like I mentioned above and she replies, "They're only at that price for dine in." I said what's the difference if I was to be dining in and received a text or a call saying there's an emergency and I need go and I just literally got my food what then? The young lady said I don't know and I said ok can I speak to the manager on duty? So this "manager" lady comes out and I tell her why I requested to speak to her and she said it didn't matter because if I order and I just get my food and have to leave then it wouldn't be 1 regular price and 1 half price. So I gripped and walked out. It was 3 year's ago it was a male "manager" and he was even more so rude and didn't care about his potential customer's so that's why I thought I'd give them another chance. I'm not one to complain and leave an establishment like that but when your customer service sucks and it didn't specify for "dine in only" from what I saw, then to me that is lying and misleading your customer's that come in. Naturally I won't be back and won't tell anyone not to go their because that's their decision not mine.
I went there on a Tuesday to celebrate my birthday. At the time I was unaware of the wing deal. The place was packed and to be honest I was worried. Having said that we ordered some appetizers and just went with. I have to say that despite the crowd they got our food out fairly quickly. The appetizers came out super fast as did the drinks. The Mango Habanero wings are my favorite and this time they did not disappoint. My only complaint was that one of the drafts on tap that I wanted wasn’t available. That was a very minor thing. Service was great and the food was excellent. We didn’t get the birthday dessert because we had cake and home. Plus we didn’t tell the server, however as we were leaving she saw a birthday card I had and offered the dessert to go. We didn’t take it but I was still very grateful she offered. Excellent place to get some good food and friendly service.
They never get our wings takeout order right. The short change us on the wings or use the wrong sauce. Their managers response could be more customer friendly. It would not take much for us to change where we get our wings if there was another place close. We stopped going there for burgers because they changed both the quantity and quality. The value for their burgers for what you pay has gone down and is no longer on our list of items to get. BWW need to up their game.
Server was friendly, meal took a bit of time and was cold when we received it. We received our food and never received our appetizer which was just mozzarella sticks, so We canceled it. Server was friendly but unsure if slow service was a kitchen issue for server issue.
Food was not good and not worth the money! Not very happy but (miss Alexandria) is very good at her job
The food is always scorching hot when we get it, our waitress was amazing, & the wait wasn't long especially for as packed as they were. We'll be back soon!
