Just for the experience of ordering groceries from the app we went ahead and tried it. Personally, I prefer selecting my own groceries from the shelf, but this was convenient, fast, and rather simple through Braum's store app. The prices are a bit high, however, the merchandise is fresh and high quality. The payment system doesn't charge until the final sale or after you pick your items up Incase they are missing items because the store ran out or whatever the reason. It's a contactless pick up with very polite and cheerful crew. I was pleasantly surprised.
Walked in and ordered 17 malts. Shocked the workers with the order. They had our order filled in less than 15 minutes. Very pleased!!
Awesome service and good. Hadn't had braum's burger in about 20 years. It was as good as I remembered thank you
my friend brought me a chicken sandwhich from Braums by the High School. I couldn't even chew it and it almost broke my teeth. I have never gotten food this bad at braums before. Not even edible. Save your money and don't get the chicken sandwhich. The fries and soda were ok. Feeling jipped.
I hate to say anything bad about braums. Cuz its our favorite for ice cream. Today, they had a lot of workers. I asked 4 of them a question about what is Braums new sundaes?? None of them could tell. They need training. They did not know what is what. I'm not blaming the kids, they just need A LOT OF PRODUCT TRAINING. The sundae I got wasn't that bad, but she put it the top part of the container. Went to get a top to close it the kids gave me another top. I need the bottom part...long story short, those kids looked like a deer in headlights. Please have patience with those kids. I hope the manager gives them more training.
I don't like when i pull up in the drive thru and the person working starts to RUSH you to order. If i ask you to hold on... please give me at least 30 seconds before you ask me to order.
I stopped in after a pt transfer and got a waffle cone with strawberry ice cream and jokingly asked for a cherry on top and she gave me two. Best day.
My sandwich was cold hard and burnt. Never should have been served. Customer service though is nice

Who is running this location? We’ve tried this place multiple times to just give them a chance. The food is always messy and sometimes cold and I’m not talking about the ice cream. There’s been a few times I ordered a shake and it was melted. We ordered 6 cherry limeades and they were horrible! We couldn’t even stomach them they were sour with absolutely no flavor.We went inside one night for ice cream and there were about 10 employees running around with absolutely no organization. The kitchen was a hot mess and nasty, employees were not using gloves handling food, I saw a few employees touching their pants, the trash can, some dirty thing on the floor to use the shake machine without gloves and never washed their hands and was touching food!!!After getting our ice cream we waited at the register for almost 10 minutes. No one let us pay. So we sat down since we had a kid and a baby to eat because our ice cream was melting. We finished our food and went back up to pay and had to call on someone to even help us.This place needs some direction from Chick Fil A.Also customer service is a hit or miss. Sometimes it’s great and other times the people are so rude it makes you have a bad day!None the less our 5 year old just saw happiness in a cup of chocolate ice cream with sprinkles. But we will definitely not come back to this location.
