I Always Enjoy Braum's Ice Cream, It's One Of My Favorite Foods, Dominique Parker's Younger Brother I Don't Know His Name, But He Was Very Professional And Manerable,When I Visited The Store.........And A Different Time That I Came In I Noticed That Terran Miles Was Still Working Despite Of His Hurt Foot, I Thought To Myself He Doesn't Need To Be Working He Needs To Be Home Letting His Foot Get Better.......
I never leave reviews but this was an absolutely ridiculous experience. Literally waited 20 minutes at the drive through for a bag of burritos (5 count). Was told to pull up to the door and someone would bring it out. 5 other cars went through and got their food while I’m still sitting there. It’s like they forgot about me. I will drive clear across town to the other location before I go back to this one. Mind you I was the first car in the line to order too. If I could leave 0 stars I would.
Like most Braums locations, this location had plenty of smiling friendly helpful employees working. I walked up to the counter, and was quickly addressed by a young man, who took my ice cream order. He must have been fairly new there, because he quickly asked for help as to how to make my peanut butter cup shake. He was quickly told how to, and quickly had the shake prepared, as good as anyone I've ever had from Braums! I have stopped by this particular location once or twice before in my travels. I would say it is as good or better than any of the Braum's stores I have ever been to!
Always love a good braums shake. Fries were great. Burger ok. Service friendly
Service at the counter was quick and pleasant. However, we had a few grocery items to pick up, and the young man that (finally after several minutes) came to help us acted like it was a huge inconvenience for him to assist us. He was also kind of rude to the gentleman that was in line behind us.
Good food they just keep messing food up and have to make 2 trips through drive through to fix over again
This place is pretty good to Amazing! I say this because I mostly only order 1 thing and that burger is always amazing! Then there are times when it's "good" that is normally when they seem to maybe have had a long day. Meaning soggy fries and half service when it comes to condiments. As far as service from the workers I can't complain, they are all friendly except for the one or two that seem to be in every restaurant workplace. Dining inside with the family is nice, great work with the decorations. I will be back.
My grandkids and I went thier one evening after dinner.. we loved it.. my granddaughter dropped her ice cream off her cone the nice lady gave her another one. Customer service was outstanding.
Fantastic experience. I'm new to the area and have eaten at a different location (same city) and both times have had a great experience. The staff was really friendly and the food was great. I would recommend this place highly. If you are tired of your regular fast food choices, then this place is the answer you're searching for! Kudos to the staff!
Food was very good. Didn't have the ice cream but my family said it was delicious. Would recommend.
