Though they were short staffed, they were always friendly and polite. They never made us feel unwelcome.
The new model job at arby's looks nice it looks cleaner and nerve and they seem to be working a lot faster than I could remember good cut some meat enjoy.
The South BA Elm location is my favorite.Friendly staff and I haven't received an incorrect order yet. Don't forget the cheddar sauce to dip your curly fries!! ?
They have some of the nicest employee's that I've seen working fast food in a long time. They always get my order right and I get plenty of sauce ??
Food was good but service was bad. Order was completely wrong and they didn’t seem to care.
Food was okay, service was okay. The staff was all wearing face masks EXCEPT THE TWO GUYS HANDLING THE FOOD... really?Seems like if anyone gets sick at this location. They are more than happy to pay your medical bills. Non enforcement of fave masks ? is asking for a lawsuit
Worst thing was the ranch for my salad was 200 calories. Other than that. It was very good.
Holy hell don’t go here sad sat at drive through 5 min had to ask the sign if anyone was there ordered chicken sandwich a turkey bacon sandwich 2 beef n cheddar 2 cheese sauces a coke and a sweet tea large I get home looks like my sandwich was made at a soup kitchen wife’s chicken was bad my large fries half full wow come on then I call lady claiming be manager just sits silent oh hold your receipt and we can refund or redo food well I came there to eat then spent 28$ on garbage they serve better food in prison ! Stay away thought learned my lesson last time but nope never again if you can’t do your job with a little pride why waste your time !!!!
Friendly young lady. Ordered 2 roast beef sliders - hot off the grill so nice and fresh. I goofed and failed to add the Arby's sauce which I like so they were a little dry - but my fault. Disappointed that they no longer offer ham.
Service was slow due to a machine problem sandwich was good I don't know if my shake was because they didn't give me a straw
