placed an order for delivery this evening. approximately the time it should have been delivered I checked the tracking that showed it had been delivered. when I called to check in I was told that door dash went down and I'd have to go pick up my food. after paying $4.99 for delivery and leaving a $6 tip for the driver I was told they couldn't refund that and was given a "free" brownie as compensation. By the time we picked up our food and got home the fries were completely room temperature, but the wings felt like they'd spent the last 30 minutes sitting under a heat lamp. would they have ever let me know if I hadn't called? or would I just have been out the $30? terrible experience this evening.
It doesn't matter what time of the day you come here the food is just awful. Over 10 times we've tried to support and your order is always messed up and not seasoned or cooked right. We literally have to call back or check the food while we're there and it's always wrong. We have to drive to the 104th and Western location. Never coming back a waste of time and money. You ask for Cajun and don't even get the correct seasonings. They never give you the correct amount of what you order. I mean I can go on and on.
This was our 3rd or 4th attempt at the Moore location. We will not return. Oddly for the longest time I thought it was just Wingstop that was bad, but turns out it’s just this location. The one off of western in south OKC is great! Our wings didn’t even have enough sauce on them to coat them, it was almost drizzled on, and our fries were burnt so badly we couldn’t eat them. So disappointed.
All the wings we ordered were so good! The brownies were big and the kids ate ‘em up. Thanks to Bobby for hooking us up and to Jose, he’s cool and signed to my deaf friend. It was all good.
I want to give a shout out to the manager of this location. Very professional and polite. He help me fix my order and was super nice. I love Wingstop but man he made me a customer for life. Thank You Sir for the great customer service.
had a call in order. when I got to location was told my food would be ready soon. waited and waited while I was kept being told my food was almost done just to be told an hour later that they never had my order. this place is run horribly. I'd rather drive the extra 10 minutes to western location.
They served us chicken thighs that stunk up our house because it was so old. The fries were cold and soggy. The wings were over cooked. I wish I could’ve picked somewhere else to go to if I knew how awful it was going to be.
Ordered a party pack tonight the young girl at the register had no idea what we were ordering and was very rude. No ice at the drink station then told we would have our food brought to our car waited 20 min went to check about it after seeing other people that ordered after us getting there order. When we asked about it she stated “it’s been here I was just too busy” okay I get it shortage of staff and all. Got home and was given a completely different order. Although the food is good customer service and communication should be just a bit better. I was supposed to have a party pack of thighs and chicken strips with fries instead I get chicken nuggets and burnt up fries,,
Very good experience customer service was excellent! had a issue with my order spoke with the manager Bobby he was very caring and professional and made it right Ashley was great as well!
So disappointing. Lemon pepper has always been my favorite...the last THREE times Ive had them, including tonight, there has been very little flavor. Bland and overcooked/greasy. Strike three...I'm out!!! Everyone has a bad day, but tonight I was really looking forward to some tasty wings. Go to TEZ Wingz!!! Little grease, LOTS OF FLAVOR!!!!!
