It was a great burger and the staff were very nice. I would totally comeback.
Good luck going at night. It seemed to be the 4 most inexperienced employees working togther, because the drive thru line didn't move for 30 mins. Not an inch. The inside didn't see a single order filled for over 30 mins. Insane for fast food and I would understand if it was completely packed, but it was like 6 orders inside and 5 cars outside.... and for over 30 minutes nothing moved... so good luck
I have driven Uber and Lyft for over 3 years. If I can't quite tell what part of the country the provider is from, I ask the following; do you prefer, in and out, Whataburger or Coney Island? Almost without exception loyalty will lie with Whataburger if from the south. It is fresh, innovative, family oriented, open all night. Some are franchised, some are fast and others are slower. This one had a good vibe made my food quickly, and the manager was friendly. I held the door open for him as he was going outside perhaps look to the sky it is the tornado capital of the world and he made it a point to open the door for me as I was leaving. Can't ask for much more 3 in the morning. Good job Whataburger in Moore.
I just had the worst experience with the teenage girl in the drive through. Very rude and gives evil looks when I asked if I could have some napkins.I was very polite to her said thank you and everything she was just rude. If this was my company I would be embarrassed if my window server was this rude. Makes me not want to come to this location. There needs to be training on customer service and please put napkins in the bag nobody wants to have messy hands after eating and nothing to wipe them on. It’s just common sense.
This is my favorite location in the metro for their sense of urgency and overall atmosphere. As a Texan, walking in and hearing “god blessed Texas” over the radio, seeing a full dining room during peak hours and a busy, friendly staff at the helm makes all the difference. I will wait a long time for good food made correctly, especially if the staff is staying calm and collaborative under pressure. True to Whataburger culture; the team is doing a great job. Make backup Teas for the rush though
8 minutes per car in the drive thru is ridiculous. 4 people in front of me when I pulled up, and I’ve spent my entire lunch hour sat waiting on them to make 5 cars worth of food. And to make it even better, this is what I received when I ordered a sweet and spicy bacon burger.
There’s usually a lengthy wait if you go later in the evening but if it means fresh food made correctly then I’m not going to complain. Everyone is always super nice too.
It took over 45 minutes to get our food & when it finally got to our table it was the wrong order, which then required an additional 10 minutes to get the correct order to us. Several tables were waiting for their orders while an employee swept behind the counter & other workers floated around in a daze. The bathrooms were condemnable! Absolutely disgusting! I was actually scared I may have contracted a disease just by going into it & then running back out. These are the bathrooms that the employees use before they fix your food! If I could give less than a star I WOULD!!!
Currently been waiting 35 minutes in drive thru for 1 pancake platter. Would drive away but ive already paidUpdate: went inside to inquire why I had veen waiting on 1 pancake platter for over 30 min and ask if they had forgotten me. Manager was rude as hell and didnt care. Food came out a few minutes later. Pancake platter had 1 piece of bacon and no syrup. Last trip to whataburger. This is the same experience at this location everytime
Awful location. Anytime I’ve been here (the Moore location), which is not often, I have to wait 45-50 minutes in the drive through. Absolutely ridiculous. Food is of course good it’s whataburger, but my word get it together and move faster for the sake of your customers.
