Ordered online, they couldn’t fulfill my order because there “were only 3 of them” most stores have to stay open and work with only one employee. Three should be more than enough. Took my money and I won’t get it back for several days, I’m 7 months pregnant and fully not in the mood for people getting paid to do nothing and take money. My partner is a manager at a fast food restaurant and works all night most night by himself, 3 is full staffed for him and they are never backed up and make everything made to order. Just goes to show how some people “work”
My disappointing experience at this Wendy’s is no different from 99% of the other reviews I just read. Only wish I had read them PRIOR to stopping here. Excruciatingly slow service. But my real quandary is….how is this salad an “Avocado Southwest” salad. Um. No avocado. No bacon as advertised. This pitiful little salad cost $8. What in the world?? I feel sure Dave would not be proud. Have to take Wendy’s off my list of places to eat at.
Took 30 minutes for one small order and rude customer service. I said have a good day twice and she was be like “okey!”
I picked up an order from this location on 2/26/22. I ordered a baked potato with the cheese, bacon and butter on the side, when we opened the container all of the toppings were on the potato not on the side. I ordered a small chili but they were out of chili. I ordered a single Dave’s burger with mustard and all the veggies, there was no mustard and a very small 1/4 leaf of lettuce on the burger. It was also cold and very dry. When I picked up the order at the window I heard one of the employees saying they were now out of fries. This is evidently a very poorly managed Wendy’s or are they all this way now. Their food used to be hot and fresh and well put together…. The only item that was correct and tasty was the frosty.
If your lobby is closed during the day, put a sign up! I had to sit at the drive through and ask for a person to come on the speaker. Picking up food for a customer, but I won’t eat here, nor will I accept any order from here again.Long wait, not attended to when I arrived at window, was going to give me wrong order. Yet people are walking around in the back laughing. This stop took me 30 minutes to get food. This is my pt job. Your unprofessionalism caused me money today.It’s sad fast food has become the bottom of the barrel yet it’s so widely used and needed. I’ve been in management, do better. I spoke with the manager, I need corporate to contact me immediately.
Drive thru experience was fast but thats probably because all the young kids working inside were to busy talking and giving out the wrong orders. The lady even repeated back my order to me, look through the bag before giving it to me. Got home it was completely wrong. Nothing about it was correct. I ordered a number 1 with a medium fry and medium coke. Got home we received a baked potato and small junior cheeseburger. If you're going to hire employees make sure they pay attention to the orders going out instead of conversing about their personal business.
By far the worst drive through experience ever! 25 minute wait with only 2 cars in front of me. After i pay they tell me they don't have chili today. Probably something u should have told me 25 minutes ago!? I counted 7 cars leave the drive through behind me due to it being so SLOW! To top it off the lady at window was rude as hell! Who ever owns this franchise needs to get this corrected!
The waiting was VERY long. Poor cashier was very overwhelmed! Took over 20 + Minutes too get our order! The cook was very immature! The cashier kept asking for help. But also was looking at her phone. I wouldn't give today even a star!!!
Placed order and had to wait for 30 minutes to receive it due to staff shortages. Wish they told us before we placed our order. This has the longest wait for fast food I ever experienced. Will not go back to this location.
I ordered from Wendy’s and all my food was cold and then I asked for new food, well the manager up there acted like it was such a big inconvience and was sighing the whole time. What’s crazy is that they messed up my order and acted like I was in the wrong . This is literally the worst fast food restaurant
