Uh no. Salty food and some kind of tasteless white sauce over beef Relleno.I had the Chili Relleno dinner with fajita beef. The chili itself had a nice sinus opening heat yet not too hot with the outer membrane removed as it should be. The fajita meat texture was good yet I couldn't tell if it really was fajita meat as they drenched the Relleno in what I can only assume is their chicken enchilada sauce. Pretty bad. Ya just DON'T put a sour cream sauce over anything beef. Pretty nasty and tasteless. It was bad enough that I left half of the meal uneaten.The salsa with the chips were marginal at best. Pretty bland. The rice was good but the refried beans was from a can with some kind of bland white cheese on it.Previously I had their cheese enchiladas with red sauce. Now that was good. Nope, not going back. That popular Taco place has more flavor and cost less.
This was the second time that I came here to give it another try.... the food was better and I started to be impressed with the restaurant until I had a waitress that did not care about her job "OR" she just thought that the world revolved around her. She never checked on me to see if I needed anything like refills, salsa or if everything was OK like all the rest of the waitresses were doing. I actually had to ask a different waitress to see if I could get some extra salsa because I ran out. "Real good stuff". She was so involved with talking to the other employee behind their little bar,, I figured that she didn't care about her job. I had everything stacked nicely at the corner of my table to show her that I was done and she noticed but never gave me the bill.... I will never go back. Bad thing about this is that the restaurant was not even busy.
Just wasn't what everyone was hyping about. I'm pretty picky about my Mexican food too..and this was just meh. I hate to say that.. because I know this is someone's business too.
Great food! Must try the fajita Hawaiian. I must also note we came on mothersday and I received a rose with my meal :) it really made my day.
Everything was absolutely wonderful. Their guacamole Mexicana was delicious. I had tacos de Carne asada, and they were so good! Just the right amount of onions, cilantro and lime. My sister had tacos al carbon, and she ate them all. The only pictures I have are of empty plates! Their salsa is so so so good!! You will not be disappointed!
Found this with a Google search of where to eat near our hotel (Springfield Suites). Friendly service and delicious food! So glad we went. I love my "I'm lazy and I know it" tshirt! ?
Waitress was very attentive. Food was good. It's a very nice place.
My favorite dish is poblano lacosta! Always delicious! I tried the sopapillas today and enjoyed them as well.

A little Ma & Pa place.Great Dinner and Great Service, took care of us without hovering. We will definitely be returning on a regular basis.
