Party burritos are always a hot with my family. Queso was a little off today but it could have just been me. Moore location is clean and they get food out in a time manner.
We ordered three muchacos and the bread was cold and stale. The staff was unfriendly and super slow. They never called our name to let us know our order was ready. Finally we had to go up and ask about our order. It had been sitting on the counter for a few minutes. The guy at the front had to ask someone from the back. They verified it was ours without a sorry or anything. We contacted Taco Bueno on their website. They never got back with us. Definitely don’t recommend!
Do you like your bean burritos half-sized, served room temperature, and with stiff dry refried beans? Then this Taco Bueno is perfect. Oh!, and they forget items in your order too. I don't know what happened, just 5 to 6 months ago, this was a good Taco Bueno. It is a horrible excuse for one now though.
So I went to this restaurant and the lobby was closed so we went to drive thru no one behind us trying to figure out what to order and the guy rushing us tells us about a window time. Canceled my order and do not recommend anyone going here!!!
We’ve been to taco Bruno’s all over the Okc area and this location is the cleanest one. Every table was clean trash was empty and floors were swept. The staff was sweet and working hard.
So I was thinking to myself that the bueno on 12th st. Sucks so I'll go to the one on 19th. Service was decent................but the food!!!!! The food..... Guys come on it's not hard to put a little effort into it. Like guys put in at least 5% and you would've done better than tonight. Are tacos look like rain gutters while I was pouring down five to six inches of rain. I never thought I would be able to drink a taco. And the big freaking taco salad the only thing big on it was the shell. We should call it the big freaking taco shell and little salad. My mexydips and chips had a chunk of avocado a guacamole chunk of avocado. Burnt beans, so sad. My chicken quesadilla look like a big Oreo cookie. Because the tortilla was so burnt. The best thing they had was the napkins but we didn't get any.
Always quick when picking up orders to deliver for doordash. Never had a problem at this location. Many places need to be like them. This Taco Bueno and Raisin Canes are the only 2 places where I never and I mean never had issues. This is how all restaurants should be. Great job management! :]
I was shopping for my anniversaryAn went through the drive-thru. The food was warm , my muchaco was warm like it’s supposed to be. Everything was good . Thank you guys for doing a good job. I was in a rush and it made my day.
Been eating Bueno for decades...this is HANDS DOWN THE BEST BUENO I HAVE EVER HAD!!! Service was professional, clean, food was neatly prepared and packaged, and every bite was fresh and tastey!!! Staff was helpful and welcoming!!! If there are any GMs reading this ... this location should be training all existing and incoming employees. Wish this specfic location was in Tulsa!!!! Thank you!!!
I have been meaning to leave a review for a few days. I ate here on Thursday 11/4/21 of this week. Service was amazing. Especially with all the problems with customer service everywhere lately. The blonde girl that took my order and gave me my food was a pleasure. From start to finish was there 5 min and on my way with my delicious and hot food. I didn’t catch her name but she was a gem.
