I ordered 2 meat burritos and there must have been just a half scoop of beef. I understand COVID but you raised costs and cut back on product drastically. You are not fair. So wrong to strick your regulars at both ends. I ordered 2 meat burritos and 1 with sour cream. The sour cream was put in the 1st bite only. You should be ashamed. Cost 23 bucks for 5 tacos and 2 burritos that were pure embarrassment on your behalf.
Service was quick and nice. Food was good, one chicken taco was a little watery though. Pretty good still.

Food and quantity really sub-par. Taco Bueno was really, really good up until a few years ago. They have went dowhill since. Just like everything in 20,21, and 2022 the quantity of food has shrunk and the prices have skyrocketed. But at least fast food places should make it palatable. I guess as long as the shareholders continue getting their dividends the have no reason to enforce quality food throughout the country. I keep going back after about a year and it's worse each time.
I'm so happy to say I finally found a good taco bueno in Oklahoma. In Tulsa and OKC both it's difficult finding a place with courteous staff, a clean facility, and the quality that I expect as a lifelong bueno head.This one has it all! Go here, descend upon the salsa bar, eat drink and be merry!
By far the worst taco bueno I’ve been too. Ordered a beef wholotta platter. When I pulled through drive through and parked to eat I had not gotten salsa I asked for, I had no queso, I was missing two tacos. When I went in to ask for all the things above, I got a very unnecessary attitude. By the manager.
My wife ordered 2 whole Lotta platters and 2 orders of churros. Both whole Lotta platters were missing the chiladas and the muchacos and the churros had no sugar or cinnamon. Very bland. Phone much have been off the hook cause we tried to call for about an hour straight and just got busy signal. Very disappointed and hungry. The guacamole tasted like eating a tablespoon of salt.
This is how my mucho nachos came. Y’all charge $8 for this? I literally can’t tell if there’s queso on here. This location is either the worst in okc or the best, no in between - depending what time you come. Save your money or go elsewhere
The quality of the food is just absolutely wretched. I had the absolute worst taco salad that I have ever had. I hadn't eaten at a Taco Bueno in probably 20 years, and it isn't at all like I remembered.This place is kind of like a last resort.
Went to the drive-thru I'm actually just now leaving the location drive-thru worker extremely rude zero customer service. I ordered 14 things he tried to give me three hot sauces. If you hate your job don't do it.
