The Mexican pizza we ordered looked as if it was just thrown into the container, and tasted like it’s been sitting for a while. Definitely not fresh.We ordered 2 sides of chips and cheese. The chips were just thrown in the bag.We also ordered hot sauce, and didn’t get any.This type of service we would figure if they were busy, but there wasn’t a line in the drive-thru and not many cars in the parking lot.Unfortunately this is becoming the norm as this is the third time in 6 months that we’ve been to this location where we’ve had poor service and food.
This location has gone downhill. Way downhill. They're understaffed, which might be part of the problem. The restaurant dining room tends to be locked earlier than it's supposed to be. Don't bother using the mobile app to order ahead because the drive-thru folks prioritize the regular drive-thru over the app. So you'll be sitting in the mobile line while the regular drive-thru gets their orders first. Did I mention the drive-thru is slow? Prepare to waste your gas for up to an hour here.
The last time I went to this location they left out several items when I utilized the drive thru. Now that I came across several others in the Moore FB Group complaining of the same exact thing. I now know it's not an isolated incident and more than likely purposly being done. From now on if I ever go back to this location. I will gum up the drive thru line making dang sure I got all of my items I paid for. I tried calling this location and no one ever answered. This is the only avenue I feel I have right now. I'm also going to share this with Corporate hopefully they'll nip it in the bud. ?
First off this location has absolutely terrible quality food and terrible quality staff. The drive thru girl was kind of nice but rushed us as we ordered and every single thing we got was made with VERY old tortillas. So old that they were hard as a rock, almost inedible. No matter what time of day it is the staff is trash and the food is even trashier. Do better with who you hire Taco Bell because they are ruining your business.
Let's be real here. It's fast food versions of tex-mex-ish creations. I do like several menu items and the flavors are often satisfying. One thing I lament is the passage of many menu items and the loss of off-menu options like the classic cheesarito. I suppose you had to remember the 80's and early 90's to have experienced that particular treat. This location is generally pretty fast and order accuracy has been good.
We were craving Taco Bell late evening, and decided to drop by their drive through to satisfy our cravings. We ordered the crunchwrap supreme, soft tacos, quesadilla, and chalupa. It came out fairly cheap, costing us a total of less than $30 to feed four people. We did not have any problem this visit, and would be more inclined to come back in the future. I come here often, but always forgot to take pictures, because I pounce on my meal after getting it.
The guy at the drive through was rude as hell. I ordered 8 tacos and he said "8??" In a rude tone. I apologized and said it sounded like he was shocked. He said yeah, in that rude tone again. When I got to the window he kept slamming the window each time and would refuse to talk to me. Never going back there again, horrible and rude service.
Wasn't too busy or anything but this taco bell is usually on point during the late hours of the night. But it's taco bell, you kinda get what you get. Nothing bad but sometimes overwhelming good on occasions..
They put 2 extra tacos in our bag lol. This is the first time I've been to taco bell in a while & i remember y now lol it doesn't like me.
Process have gone up everywhere but quality has gone down too!! This yesterday took forever to make quesadilla with no sauce, then I got a squashed product with 1/4 of it empty! On top of that, it smelled like jalapeños. Hmm did they not change their gloves? I don't eat jalapeños! On top of that their grill is dirty.
