Staff is nice, food usually consistent. My one complaint is with the tiny cheese container for the nachos. Not only is it too small its not even half full. Its not enough even when i try to use it sparingly i cant make it last thru all the chips. I get we need to save where we can but for cripes sake id pay a little more to get enough friggin nacho cheese. Please serve enough cheese next time or im switching to taco casa, they always give enough cheese.
The nacho fries were definitely past the 15 minute hold time and I think they tried to make it up with extra nacho fry seasoning. Everything else was made properly and had a good flavor
Horrible customer service. Food was so old the taco shell just bent instead of crunching then when I drove back up there to get it remade they told me it was fresh and put the old food in a new bag.and the way the manager/shift leader was talking to her employees was very unprofessional . Food was cold spicy soft potato taco has about 3 1/2 potato’s in it tortillas are rock hard horrible place they don’t know how to cook.
Fast good food. I always recommend taco bell for a quick meal or a cheap way to satisfy cravings. This one took abit longer to make my food but I'm guessing they were out of chicken and had to cook more so I wasn't to upset

I tried to call twice first time it rang and rang and rang eventually they picked up and hung up second time I called it just rang and rang and rang. I called 1024ish. I wanted to let you know that. My order was wrong I got the Chipotle cheddar chalupa one steak one chicken a soft taco and Sierra mist . Oh and a steak casarito both Chalupas are ground beef. It's good to know I paid extra for something I didn't get. Is this how business is down you don't answer calls to avoid complaints?
My husband and I were extremely impressed with the quality and freshness of all the items we ordered. We appreciate J.D. and his team. This was the best Taco Bell experience we have had in OKC.

I came through tonight and didn’t realize until just now when i went to leave a good review, that i was there last minute. I ordered a decent sized order. They were very fast and the food was excellent. Sorry to the staff that had to put the order together i thought y’all were still open til 230. Thanks for being kind and quick.
