I have come here three times now when 19th is out of Pink drink and I won't be back. Everytime I order a Trenta pink drink light ice and everytime I have come here it tastes really watered down. I called this time and asked why and it wasn't until I explained I always order this did she admit she put mostly coconut. I am guessing they don't put the standard pumps. If it wasn't for the drinks tasting normal at 19th and me ordering the same thing everytime I wouldn't have thought anything of it. It really is only at this location that I have had problems.
Mobile orders are always turned off even though this Starbucks is directly off the highway?? Also try ordering a drink without whipped cream and then catching attitude when you ask for a new drink because they don’t listen. Oh, and I love it when they just scrape the whipped cream off themselves and then try to give it back to me.. so sanitary Starbucks.. I wish I could relay on this Starbucks with it being so close to me, but be weary is all I have to say.
Most of these good reviews have to be fake or they just haven’t been thru in the mornings… I have been going here for years and there is absolutely NO way that they are anywhere above a three star average… it’s nothing personal, it’s just the truth. First, it’s not even possible to be “the best coffee in the state” by default of it being a corporate coffee chain—it’s just caffeinated sugar milk. Second, the morning crew never has their online orders turned on and so you better hope you’re running early for work because the line is usually backed up into the street.
I've been coming to this location for years but after this morning I won't be back. I usually use the drive through but today I ordered ahead and went inside thinking it would be faster and I'd even get to work early. I walked in and was the only customer that was NOT greeted ? everyone after me was greeted with a good morning. I stood by the counter waiting for my drink for 20 MINUTES and nobody acknowledged me. Finally someone said "who are you waiting for" with an attitude and I told her my name. She looked at the drinks and said" here's yours" I told her I didn't check that drink because that's iced and mine was ordered hot. She took the drink and walked off, had someone make a hot one which took another 8 min because they were busy, then she just put the drink on the counter and said absolutely nothing to me. No apology, and most of the time they offer you the other drink as well. Which I didn't want but it's just the point of nothing was said. I was extremely late to work unfortunately. They have lost a loyal customer. Customer service is everything and this store lacks that.
I ordered a dragon drink with a lemonade base instead of the coconut milk and got something that looks like just lemonade. I mention that I ordered a dragon drink and they said they didn't have the fruit pieces. They didn't think to mention it to me nor check if I prefer to change my order (which I would have). So I basically just bought a cup juice for $5. Not s good way to do business...
This is the worst Starbucks! Every time I come everyone acts as if they hate their job. It can put a damper on my mood even if I am excited to start my day with a hot tea! I rather drive out of the way then to deal with moody workers!
Would not recommend this location, they are slow and fall behind on orders. The baristas are rude when asked about mobile order that are 10mins over due. They are constantly out of stock of common items (kind of understandable there). The parking is impossible and the drive through spills out into the Main Street leaving you as a sitting duck as people zoom around you waiting to get into the parking lot.
Was awesome to have in our hotel while staying at the garden inn.
Extremely rude staff. The staff were also being rude to each other, which is a toxic atmosphere for the employees. One employee in particular was getting bullied. I asked for light ice and received a cup half full of ice. They refused to help me. I asked for a plastic fork and I was told “He can get it for you.” (Referring to the bullied employee.) I asked 3 times for a fork!!! The bathrooms were filthy. Avoid this Starbucks.
My family and I had the best customer service we have ever received from Starbucks last night! From the beginning until the end. I was unsure of exactly what I wanted and the young lady at the drive through (Stratton I believe was her name) walked me through options, didn’t make me feel rushed and was so kind. When my husband drove to the window we were greeted warmly even though it was freezing outside. We were also greeted by the rest of the night crew! We told them they were the best night crew ever! My sugar free vanilla latte with almond milk was nothing short from amazing ? It was my first time getting this.I got a medium but I surely wish I would have gotten a large! Definitely since my husband loved it as well. Thank you Starbucks night crew for being great human beings, it’s rarity these days. May God bless you all. ? #CoffeeAndHope
