I’ve gone to this Starbucks for years. The drinks are always a hit or miss and you have to wait in a line for at least 30 minutes. I get order the same thing everytime I come through, today it was extremely sour. When I went back through to get my drink remade the girl at the window was extremely rude. I told her I appreciated them remaking it, she completely ignored me and shut the window. My “remade” drink tasted like watered down coffee. Not worth $6 multiple times a week.
Went inside vs the long line outside. Ordering was easy, got a white mocha latte and a bacon gouda to start the morning. Came out quickly back to back, fresh and exactly as I wanted. Only reason not 5 stars, the place was rather dirty inside, rags on ground, trash was over flowing and tables weren't clean. Makes me wonder about behind the counter?
The baristas are so nice and helpful! It’s usually busy but they are super fast! Best Starbucks in Oklahoma!
Went to this store for years but won't go backThe store has gone downhill. Went yesterday and my daughter ordered pink drink and it was awful. Didn't taste anything like a pink drink and didn't even look like one.
They are always busy so it’s not the fastest but they make them well and are friendly!
Today was the worst experience I’ve ever had at Starbucks. I placed an online order for 6 drinks at 1240pm and it said 12-15 minutes. I arrived and sat for 15 minutes before i got 2 drinks. 5 minutes later I got 2 more. At 1pm i got the 5th drink and the barista started handing out other drinks so i inquired where my 6th drink was. She said it wasn’t in the system. I showed her my app where the order clearly listed the drink, and also pointed out how all my drink stickers said # of 6 and I only had 5 drinks. She finally agreed to make the last drink. I left Starbucks at 110pm. 30 minutes after I ordered and at least 10 customers in the restaurant were served and at least 15+ cars in the drive thru. I thought the app was suppose to be helpful? I’m sure I wouldn’t have sat at the drive thru window for a half hour. I’m glad I had gift cards and didn’t waste that $35.
Bad customer service this morning with the girl working the window. Asked her to repeat my drink when I pulled up because the voice box was extremely muffled and she looked at me like I was stupid or she didn't understand what I was saying. I think she got offended when I asked because she handed me back my card closed the window all fast handed me my dink after just a bit and then I said thank you. And no response and again closed the window like I was gana rob the place. Jesus...customer service dear. Work on it.
My coffee always tastes amazing.The staff are always pleasant.Never leave disappointed
This Starbucks is ALWAYS so busy, and the employees can't keep up with the demand while keeping the store clean (not their fault, just so busy inside and a drive thru line that wraps around the store). I recommend taking your business to a local shop, like Black Rifle across the street or Beanstalk in Norman!
Love the vibe in this coffee shop. The staff was very outgoing and energetic. It was very clean. The staff was very helpful when i wanted something specific and suggested some good things to make it as close as possible.
