Came up here and got half price coneys on Wednesday. Also order two five piece chicken nugget meals.. they came out and asked for the money before the order was even made. Then didn't even read the order back and had the wrong order. The one that took my order and grabbed the money was kinley. Let alone we tipped them without even having my food ready. Didn't have the meal right. Then she brings out kid fries and drinks and says well we didn't charge you hello we didn't order that. We would have gladly paid for it. Asked for ketchup and other condiments. Didn't receive those had to walk up to the door. She also had a attitude when asking for my receipt.
I ordered 4 French toast sticks. Just the sticks. They gave 4 orders....that's 16 French toast sticks. My fault for not checking the bag, but on top of that they gave me ZERO syrup! ?
The service was great and the waitress was super nice and courteous
The only reason why I give 2 is because the girl is always nice. However everytime I order ahead no matter the length of time it takes over 5 min to just get a drink. I remember back when I car hopped and drink onlys were to take a max of 2 min to get out. I have no understanding of bringing one order at a time when a drink can be added on w other order very easily
So upset!! Husband went and pick up our food I had cheese coney and breakfast burrito well woke up at 3 am puking bad!!! Food poisoning!!!
Sonic today was quick fast and accurate I love it when I really get unsweet tea that’s what I order
Every time I come up here I am served old food. I’ve even asked for it cooked fresh and it’s just old and redropped food.
