To the young man in the black care that paid for my meal today, I am so appreciative! You have no idea how much that meant to me. I in turn paid it forward! Oh and the food is always excellent here. The staff are so polite and kind.
The fried mushrooms were wonderful.They have a variety of sauces that are very good.The garlic parmesan sauce is one of the best.The fried chicken was decent but it was saturated with oil.I've had fried chicken before that wasn't soaking with oil.Would go back and try their chicken sandwiches at some point.
Slim Chickens seems to be a "solid" go to for me. I am always greeted with smiling faces and good attitudes. Their sauces always seem to be fresh whenever I taste them. Their app is also very helpful. You always rock to me Slims!???⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Most of the time always quick with their orders when picking up. One of the very few places that are always reliable on having orders on time. This location, Raisin Canes, and the Taco Bueno on 19th street are the only restaurants I trust to get out an order on time. 4 stars instead of because there has been once or twice it takes a little bit but they do always inform me about it.
Experience was very good. The food comes out fresh & hot. The Dessert comes in mason jars you get to keep and take home. Strawberry and Brownie are your choices for dessert. Yummy!!!
The order wasn’t right so we did not get some of our food the salad we ordered had bad lettuce it was brown and yellow food was overall salty that we did order so for 50$ it wasn’t worth it amd hair in our food
Hands down the best lunch I've had in a while. My mother and I were gracefully greeted by front counter cashier, I think her name was Jessica. She chatted with us for a minute, got us everything we needed, they brought our order, and when we were ready to go, the person with the headset got our trash, got me a box, we got our refills and before we left they waved us goodbye with big smiles on their faces. Best lunch I've had, best dine in experience we've had. Thank you!! Even though we live about 20 minutes away, it is for sure that we will definitely make the drive and come back real soon!
The slim salad with Cheyenne Ranch is so good, i order it all the time. Unfortunately on this day my son ordered boneless wings but recieved bone in wings. He refused to eat them but I wasn't going back to fix it. I tried the wings and the flavor was good, but the texture of the chicken was weird. In my opinion, stick with the strips.
Let me start by saying the service was great! The food however not so much. I ordered a 3and3 the strips were great but the bone in not so great. It was as if someone boiled the wings in buffalo sauce and put the on a plate and to add insult to injury my fries were soggy and just warm. Let's get into that cranberry lemonade IT WAS SO GOOD!
I can not give this place a positive review for the following reasons: The freshest thing was the bread. The chicken was warm, dry and over seasoned. It was obviously cooked long before I walked in the door. The fries were hot and crispy and had the greasy taste of being refried a second time. This makes people sick. It gives them food poisoning. This is not a good thing for a customer that stopped in on their road trip. I barely made it to Kansas before it hit me and my next stop required changing my pants. This is the only thing I ate on my road trip so I know what turned my stomach. No, I would not recommend this location. There were other things I noticed that gave the impression that there are lazy employees that don't respect the management. The cups at the register were overstocked so high that the cashier had to stand on tippy toes to reach them.
