They have BOGO pizzas on Wednesdays. Except this time, they told me I had to download the app. So I backed out of the drive thru to download the app. Then I pulled up & requested the pizzas again. I was then told I had to order it through the app. So I told them it doesn’t say that on the app. I even found where it said valid in store or online. They continued to argue with me over the drive thru speaker, which was pretty awkward. I was finally able to order because I found a QR code that stated the same information I had previously stated. Shouldn’t they know more about the app than I do? I rarely eat at this Schlotzkys and after the conflict that occurred, I think I’ll find food elsewhere on 19th st.
I ordered the the buy one get one free pizza from Schlotzkys for lunch today, and what I got was very underwhelming. One single round pepperoni per slice of pizza, and no sauce whatsoever. The sourdough crust and cheese were great, but I ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas. I will definitely never order this again, and if you decide to order one please look at the pizzas before leaving the store.

Schlotzsky's is always good at all the locations I've been too. The Moore, Oklahoma location closes their lobby at 7:00pm but the drive through is open later. Good food as always and very friendly people who work there.
Outstanding Schlotzsky's location! Locally owned and operated, and they employ the nicest people with disabilities. I love supporting businesses who contribute to a better society like that! Their food is great, I love their tuna, pizza, and soups! The restaurant is clean and the ambiance is fun. This is a great spot for a meal!
Once I finally was able to do my online order it was great!! Took me a few tries to get it done online but that is the only way to get the family special which is 4 separate orders I got 2 med originals & 2 pepperoni & cheese pizzas, 4 bags of chips, 4 cookies for $24.99!! It was all amazingly good, fast service & what a value!! Definitely will recommend & go back again!!?????
Management is lacking here, this place has two people inside, not busy at all, but all the tables are very dirty while employees laugh and talk in the kitchen.
I always love this place. Restaurant was clean. Food was delicious. But what made this visit great was the staff. Super friendly and attentive to our needs.

Staff is wonderful, friendly and welcoming. There is plenty of seating including outdoor patio area.Turkey bacon club on sourdough is wonderful, bread was soft and fresh, turkey was warmed and flavorful. Loaded potato soup was creamy and delicious.Definitely recommend getting your hunger on here. Enjoy
