Definitely wont be coming back to the location, id rather drive to Norman and get better quality and better service

It seems like this Cane's is always forgetting parts of my order... They also forgot salt on the chicken and fries, it was so bland!!! I ordered extra toast and they didn't put it in my bag... But, had the nerve to charge for extra sauces... Terrible experience today at the Moore location...
Ordered a large coke, asked for mainly ice: $2.73. My toddler was screaming for water. I asked for a kids water, they said they could only do a regular cup. That’s for kids over 10.I overpaid for cup of ice and you couldn’t give us a kids cup water. Yeah…… this location misses the par every time.Zaxby’s across the highway is cheaper, human, family friendly and they have BETTER Sauce.You’re welcome.
They have the one of best number #3's and kid meals their plus the lemon_aid is very refreshing!
Fast service. Hot chicken served up with the fries was very good. Ate here while on the road. It was a challenge getting in and out, but we figured it out. Went inside and picked it up because the drive thru was very busy at lunchtime. Would return, again.
Super friendly staff. Food was fast and fresh. Too hot to eat every time. Perfect all around experience. Definitely would recommend!
Cones! The back entrance is blocked by cones! The drive thru is impossible! Cone happy managers seem to not want any larger trucks in the drive thru. Cones are unnecessary placed around the entire drive thru for no good reason other than to scratch paint and cause me to drive over the base. I just committed to Chick-fil-A, No Cones! Two drive thru’s! And the chicken is not soggy when you get it! I like cane sauce, but not that much! Canes - say No to Cones!
Edited for clarity.Usually I never have a problem with Cane's. They're consistent and friendly. Today was different.A little note, I had gone yesterday as well and ordered the exact same thing today. The credit card transaction was super fast, and I was only charged a little over 9 dollars.Today I had gone and ordered the same thing except I was charged over 11. I didn't say anything and just took the receipt so I could look over it. The credit card transaction was just as fast and no other problems really... until I looked at my bank statement to check yesterday's and today's transactions.I look and see I was charged four times and given an atm credit to cover for one of those charges.I called the manager and the whole conversation was not what I would expect from a manager. She kept telling me that it was my banks fault and that they couldn't do anything. I knew this was wrong and called my mom to help because I didn't know what to do anymore. I'm crying and don't have money for gas anymore and wondering how I'm going to get through the week.My mom ended up calling and was greeted super rudly because the manager knew the call was about this transaction. She told us that we needed all four receipts to get a refund, which is obviously not the problem. It was that I was charged four times for one purchase.We ended up talking to another store manager and was told that's not how things happen. They said we could bring the receipt and the bank statement once everything clears and then handle everything.I'm never going to Cane's again and if I for some reason do, it's not going to be this location.
