Really good sandwiches! The Italian was better than Jersey Mike's in my opinion. I do wish they had vinegar to go with the oil for the Italian sandwich but the bread was fresh and hot and it wasn't overloaded with too much meat. Fun and hip interior that was clean and comfortable. Super friendly staff! Also got a free cookie for doing the survey on my receipt.
Grabbed two sandwiches today and we were very pleased. Service was quick and friendly, and we thought the food was excellent. Got the Wreck for myself and Leah got a Chicken Club- both were fresh and well loaded. The bread was especially good. Compares very well to Jersey Mike's, but the cheaper price-point gives them an edge imo. Will definitely be back.
I always go for the pizza sandwich but I got a vanilla shake for my daughter too this time and it was perfect. I hate a thick shake and this was the right amount of creamy. Also the cookie on top was adorable and she loved it.
Sandwich was good. My daughter is type1 diabetic so I was looking for carbohydrate information on the bread. The employees tried to help. Although it wasn't available in the store the website has a very good nutrition calculator that was very helpful. That alone would bring me back to Potbelly stores.
Food is good when you check and double check your order. I often have to order carry out from them since I don’t get much time for lunch, and hardly have time to turn around and ask them to correct mistakes. This is my third time having a sandwich I ordered from them being entirely inedible because they put something on it that I either can’t stand to eat or am flat out allergic. First time, a mistake is a mistake. Second time, bad coincidence. But third and on is just negligence of staff. So if you’ve got time to make sure your order is correct or if you just got lucky and enjoy what’s on their sandwiches by default, go for it. But if you have ANY dietary restrictions, save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.
I’ve ordered the samich and apple walnut salad twice which runs about $23 via Uber. 1st time no walnuts….which is doable. 2nd…..no salad dressing! Highly disappointing. Please double check your Uber orders.
love this location. has always taken care of me and my food is always amazing! super sweet crew when i went to the drive thru on a Thursday night out
The sandwich was good but a little light. Paid $5.69 for a $4, 6 inch sandwich. Paid $4.29 for a chocolate shake that had too much milk. Would have paid about $3.50 for the same but thicker shake at Braum's. The best part was for my wife, a Dream Bar. Paid $1.89, should have been about $1.39. It was just a little pricey for me.
This is the best Sandwich place in OKC and it's loaded down with the meats with toasted bread. Maddi took care of us and everyone that worked there were professional and courteous with a clean place. I wanna try the whole menu every time I go back for something different.
Found a long black hair in my sandwich. Glad my eyes found it before my eyes did…. Took a video of me pulling it out and it was longer than my whole sandwich. The food tasted amazing u lntil then, but Wouldn’t ever go back.
