It seems my two experiences are not unusual at this place. In the last month, I came by and the speaker was down. 2nd time, they couldn't hear me say two entree plate and they were out of the shrimp. today 4-16-22 I said the bigger plate, the person taking the order is talking to someone else. I tell her what I want. Now how she got that I ordered two plates is nonsense. If she was paying attention, maybe she realize it was one plate. I left. Nope, not correctly my order. do not trust them once you have a complaint.
PRICES NOT ACCURATE ON DRIVE THROUGH MENU!! I ordered a Kung Po Chicken bowel which, according to the menu should have been a subtotal of $6.40. When I got to the window, the subtotal on the receipt was $7.10!! That’s a difference of $0.70, or almost 11%!!! I noticed this a while ago and tried it again today. They wait to give you the total at the window, because if youre sitting at the speaker with the menu in front of you, you would know right away something is wrong. For my order, that wasn’t a whole lot of money, but if you are going through the drive through with a family or large order, BEWARE!!
Very good very good service. Their food has just always been a little spicy for me but service was good employees were very nice. Good job Panda Express
Every time I go they never have super greens or white rice, there is a wait on orange chicken or teriyaki chicken. You always wait for forever, the service is usually horrible, you wait at the box with no acknowledgement or go inside after waiting 10 minutes for them to tell you they are out of what you ordered or it’s still another 10 minutes. I understand it’s stressful during these times but the least you could do is provide good service and smiles or at least an apology for a wait time, being in the food industry sometimes that’s all it really takes, or hey I’m sorry you waited longer than expected we gave you a little extra, or threw a desert with your order. Simple as that.
Ordered bigger plate, paid 2.50 extra for double walnut shrimp. Got a SMALL portion. Got a small box of string bean chicken for $13.67.I went back inside and asked for manager, she said you only get 7 pieces of shrimp. Ridiculous, I've never gotten a portion so small at any Panda Express. She offered me more. I declined, if this is what I'm "supposed" to get then so be it.Lost my business, and I'll make sure to let the whole construction site know how portions run here. Raise the price if inflation is hurting bottom line, not cut the portions.
My wife went to the Moore store and went in to order our food. She stood there for 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged her. She finally asked if someone could help her. At that point she got someone to at least say something to her. They said I’m covering the drive through. About that time one of the employees started filling a plate for themselves. She knew that because he said I’m going on break and took his food. By this time she has had enough and said I’ll just leave then and the employee that she was talking to said okay I’ll see you. Please hire some people that care about what they do. The last time we ate at this store the food was not very good! The rice was not at all fresh, it was almost hard. I couldn’t even eat it! We thought tonight well let’s give them another chance. That didn’t work out very well now did it? We will not be going back to this store for sure!!!
I haven’t been back to Panda in a while. Why? The service at this location is always garbage. Thought I’d try again last night. I’ll give it to them. They’re consistent. Consistently trash. Place my order. Get to the window and pay and I’m told pull up and wait for my food - chow main wasn’t ready. There is no where to pull up. So I go around to the front of th building where someone else was told to pull up. Now they’re blocking the exit of the drive through. So I pull into a parking space to get out of their way. 5 minutes more go by and I decide to go in. I go inside and say I’m waiting for my drive through order. The guy then tells me they don’t have teriyaki chicken. So I’m like give me a refund. The kid gets the manager and the manager asks what the problem is. I said you don’t have teriyaki chicken so refund me. He asked who said that? Does it matter? You only have 4 people working. Then he looks at the time to see when I came through the drive through. Again what does it matter. He then tells me they can make the teriyaki chicken but it will be a “long wait, like 15 minutes”. Didn’t sell me on the phrase long wait. Got my refund and left. So disappointed
This was my worst experience I've had in a long time. Stood in front of the order counter for 15 while the employees filled drive through and online orders, never once did they even acknowledge I was there, nor the person behind me. I finally asked if they were going to take our order. One guy said no he couldn't he was filling drive through orders, and that the girls was busy filling Door Dash and online orders. 10 or more orders were filled right in front of me. Another employee filled a plate for himself, and headed to what I assumed was his break. I asked if those were more important than customers who were in front of them, the answer was, these have to be filled. Another 5 min passed and the girl came to take my order. By this time there was no noodles and the rice was at the crusty bottom. It would be another 15 min or so before that would be ready. I was NOT willing to wait 30 min for steam table food!!! It will be a long time (if I ever) before I go back!!!
Cumulative review many years in the making. Hate leaving critical reviews in my community. Overall unsatisfactory experience 3-4 out of 5 times. This last group of experiences pretty much sums it up. Stopped by here 3 times in the past month, walk in, drive through not open for some reason, each time was told grilled chicken will take 30 minutes. Common occurrence. What are the odds of that, when there wasn’t heavy volume either trip? Not sure if purposely running out of this basic item all the time is their way of pushing other menu items or what. Been to Panda Express stores that push at least 5 times the volume with consistent above average service. Surprised that network or regional oversight doesn’t prevent this.
They have gone waaay down hill. The service is the slowest and the workers are there only to collect a paycheck. The only heat in the building is in the kitchen and by the time you get your food to the table it is already cold. The food is hit and miss. If you see more than 2 cars in the drive thru just keep on going.
