Their customer service is appalling. Don't come here you waste your time and money. The managers and employees have no care to take your order right. They give an attitude instead of fixing the issue. They dont put customers first. They are disrespectful to fellow employees especially the manager. I have had bad experiences twice. And the orders take too long. I will file a complaint on this store

The girl with the strange piercings in her face and braids was extremely rude. Terrible look and terrible attitude for a business. Refused to give me her name.*update*Talk about a health and safety violation! Employees keep their half drank drinks in th safe fridge they keep customer food/drinks

Can’t wait to move by a better McDonald’s. Showed up at 10:28, but they wouldn’t serve me breakfast. Ordered fries, they were burnt and unsalted. Like it’s always one thing after another at this place. Unreal.Go to Chick-fil-A it’s literally down the street. They’re 10x nicer and faster. I’m going there now for real food after being given burnt food before it’s even lunch time.Go next door for Braums burger bag. Anywhere but this place.

Came through the drive-through at 2:45 AM. Set at intercom to order to order for 11 minutes with no one responding finally pulled around to the side where someone was leaving and they said their system was down then they said that they only took cash. Couldn’t give me an 800 number McDonald’s complaint line. The window person was very nice and apologetic they’re just obviously a huge management problem from the owner on down.

Some of the staff are friendly (especially the breakfast crew), but overall this is one of the slowest McDonald’s locations I have ever been to. Not unusual for them to have people wait in line 15+ minutes before even taking their order. I placed a mobile order yesterday morning, and when I tried to go in to get it, all doors were locked. Tonight I placed a mobile order and am currently waiting in the drive-thru… it’s been 12 minutes and the cars have not moved. Unfortunately I’m trapped in line and can’t leave. Someone seriously needs to run this place more efficiently!!!

We pulled in to the drive thru and was there to order and no one acknowledged us. We sat there and eventually had to say "hello" and you could hear them turn the speaker on and we could hear some girls laughing a lot. It was like I was interrupting their conversation. She never said welcome to McDonald's or anything, just "what can i get for you" we ordered my 4yr old the Chicken Nugget happy meal (6pc) and a sweet tea but they said they were out of sweet tea. So we got chocolate milk and had to drive over to Taco Bell to get her a sweet tea. When we pulled to the window she just handed her hand out with the chocolate milk and never said anything. Then we waited for a bit while she drank some of her 20oz Dr. Pepper and finally our order came through. What through me completely off was she literally just handed it to me without closing the happy meal. She just grabbed one of the arches on the happy meal on one side and handed it to me without even saying a word again(it was as if she was upset with me for interrupting her conversations with her coworkers) I've never received a Happy Meal without them closing the top to protect the food inside. This lady didn't even seem to care either. She just watched us and never said anything. This lady was absolutely horrendous at customer service and a TERRIBLE face for the company. Incompetence at its finest at the McDonald's at 105 SW 19th St. Moore, OK.

If you hate your job leave don't take it out on the customers. We Placed an order tonight. They couldn't get the order correct, tried to tell us small fries was large fries. Then short changed us trying to pocket money. When questioned about the order the cashier gives attitude and makes statement she can't be bothered. And the manager won't address the employee or issues

replace employees that have bad attitude that can't manage to make the order to match the receipt, or get the correct change back to the customer. get a manager that doesn't let the employee steam roll them. step up be better...

Woman at drive thru was very rude and not helpful when I was trying to make my order. I understand it's the morning and busy but you don't have to be that way. I left without getting anything.

This place is the absolute worst McDonald's! My order is NEVER right even if you go inside. If you go through the drive thru its never right, and you'll be sitting there for up to 20 minutes. Even ordered through the app only to get there and they say I didn't pay for my food even after showing the lady the receipt on my app and even the bank notification showing I paid. I think it took too long for me to learn my lesson here, but I will NEVER go back to this McDonald's.
