This location gets worse and worse with every visit. I ordered food curbside because of being very pregnant (100 degrees outside) and having my cat in the car with me. Followed the promps and pressed the “I’m here” button, after 5 minutes I tried calling and no one answered so I went inside and my food was sitting on the shelf. Fine whateverI had ordered a club with extra cheese, extra Mayo, and no spring mix. What I received was barely any Mayo or mustard, no cheese at all, but oh they did listen to the no spring mix at least. At this point I would rather drive to the location in Norman even though we live 5 minutes away because now I have food that doesn’t taste like I wanted it to. Super frustrating
Cashier service and food was excellent. Did not get cookie with kids meal so inquired and was treated in a rude way to say they have no more cookies -waitress snapped at me -and there was no substitute or alternative like a bag of chips....terrible treatment and how could a large corp not have ability to send for chocolate chip cookies next door at Walmart or something?
So I decided since I had points why not give this location another shot before I spend anymore money for nothing but disappointment. Man I made a good choice, had I spent more money then what I had to I wouldn't be happy. First time I ordered didn't get my ranch for my salad no big deal, second time I ordered the bread looked like it had mold on it had to throw it away, also on the sharable nachos barley any cheese. Third time I ordered my spud had no shredded cheese, so over this place and won't be wasting anymore time here
Usually never have any complaints with McAllisters. It's mine and my husband's favorite. Tonight we ordered from Doordash. I got the new steak salad. I love to try your new seasonal options on salads. The description says "grilled sirloin" I got roast beef on my salad.. and I didn't get any of the gorgonzola cheese on it either. I thought those would pair nicely so I ordered it. It's not good at all. I'm disappointed I spent $12 on basically a garden salad with roast beef.
It's been multiple times that I've ordered salad from them, when I pay for extra salad dressings they always forget to give me the extra salad dressing so I stopped ordering for extra dressing, today I ordered a salad again and they didn't give me any dressing at all, when I called the store to tell them about it all I got was an okay. Didn't get an apology or anything definitely will be taking my business to another location that values their customers time and money. I feel robbed every time I order at this location. I also always order the same salad and sometimes the salad has certain toppings missing.
Always love the food here but they hooked a brother up with the Chicken Caesar Wrap. It was HUGE! Also had the broccoli and cheddar soup, perfect for a cold day. Everything tasted freshly prepared and was up to expectations. Expect to return before too long.
If I could give this McAlisters 0 stars I would. It should not take 45 minutes to get 2 sandwiches. We consistently get poor service at this McAlisters. All employees were outside vaping which is part of the reason service is so slow. Done with this location
Good food but they rarely have an order on time. Had problems when picking up orders for doordash. Waited 10-15 mins multiple times before when an order suppose to be ready. Occasionally an order is ready before I get there. Sometimes when orders are ready it has a drink. They DO NOT start on making the drinks until after I arrive. EVERY SINGLE TIME! This waste so much of my time. IF THE FOOD IS READY THEN THE DRINKS SHOULD ALREADY BE MADE. I hate when I have to wait on drinks when the food is already ready. Sometimes I am an a hurry because I have another order to pick up or just want to make money as quick as possible. I don't get paid to wait around just for drinks. Had a order earlier today someone ordered a few water bottles on an order that was just sitting out on the to go rack. NO WATER BOTTLES IN THERE. Had to asked for the bottles. It took them MULTIPLE MINS just to grab them for something easily that should have been in the bag to begin with. I tell them this and then the employees just gives me a bad look and yells at me to never come here again. Just some of these tiny things that some of these restaurants do or don't do make me really angry.
DO NOT GO TO THIS MCALISTERS!! Consistently poor service!!! You might get your food quicker if all the employees were not outside vaping
Eh... ordered a turkey crunch sandwich and cucumber/tomato side salad only to discover there was no salad... well, maybe enough to call it toppings. I have ordered from McAlister's before and all side orders etc have been adequate so this was surprising. Whoever answered the phone when I called to inquire said, "Um, well I guess the server didn't understand the portion and we will try to get it right in the future." No offer to compensate at all. Really? Well, I would like to enjoy my salad now but I guess I'll have to wait until the future arrives after they've worked REALLY HARD to get the portions right. Are you kidding? I'll try a different location.
