Situated in a nice clean area and having a rather new and modern building this is by far one of the better Mazzios locations. It's extremely clean the staff was kind and considerate. The food was well prepared and tasty. My only issue was a few folks had to wait for close to 5 minutes before we decided to flag someone down. Overall though the buffet is great the place is clean I love it.For reference a lunch buffet with soft drink was around $11.
The salad bar is the star.The triple option is very good as well.I went here for dinner with my friends before going to see a movie at the Warren theater.The staff was very nice and friendly.They didn't seem to care that people were getting ranch from the salad bar to eat on their pizza Even though they didn't pay for the salad bar.
Super unprofessional staff and a terrible atmosphere tonight.Came in to eat dinner and study (which I do at most restaurants with no problems). However, the staff was absolutely ridiculous. When I first got in, no one came to take my order - even though one of the boys was making eye contact at me. I was the ONLY person in the store. The boys were repeatedly ringing their order bell; hitting it with other kitchen items. Staff was arguing, cussing, and yelling throughout the whole store.Then they turned their music up to crazy loud volumes. This will no longer be one of my go to places to eat.
This place can eat my pizza pizza. Lady wanted to say I stole my lunch. How can you hand me two plates and a glass. Then proceed to tell me I didn't pay. I didn't pay. My coworker paid for my lunch because I helped him do some work. But to be called out in front of everyone at lunch during the middle of lunch that's ridiculous. Thank you for allowing me to sit and eat my "stolen" lunch fully embarrassed by the worker. I will not post names because I'm not going to do that to someone. I'm use to being treated this way its not okay.
First time at Mazzios, what a Great place. Robin and her staff are very nice and the food was yummy. I enjoyed the meat Calzone.
Never fails.... they forget to bring part of my order ! The girl said she would be back in 20 minutes. It's been 35 minutes and haven't seen her yet. And I put a $10 tip on my card..... come on Mazzios read the ticket before you leave the store !! And don't worry.... I won't be leaving tips on my card EVER again!

Get a phone call 45 minutes later that it’ll take another 45 to deliver so I offered to pick it up since it’ll take me 15 min. Get there and they say “we don’t know where your ticket is or your food”. They finallyFound it. Reading reviews this store needs to re evaluate its employees.
Ordered pizza and received wrong order. I placed my order and my husband picked it up. Order one thin crust and one hand tossed. Both medium. Wrong order. My husband didn’t know what I ordered and picked it up and took to where I am working. Pizza cold ..I mean cold. Folks that ordered hand tossed did not want thin crust. Left and went out to eat. Called and requested 1 pizza refunded. Never ordering from here again. At least Pizza Hut pizza is hot.
Great service. Salad bar was great. Love the Ken's pizza.
