The store at 101 N.E. 12th in Moore had given us a reservation for our large party and when we arrived their dining room was closed! We went to the Mazzio's at 925 S.W. 25th in Moore instead. Everyone was really nice and helpful except the cashier. She insulted me for asking that they put the cheese on top of the pizza, like pizzeria's used to do (in the stone age apparently). She told me l was weird. Then the pen she gave me to sign my receipt didn't work and she informed me that l didn't know how to write with a pen because it was working fine for her! So yeah.Their teenage help at the front counter needs some work.
We came in 6/2 and I was super worried my 4 boys were being too loud and noisey but both ladies at cash register was super kind turned on the nba finals for them to watch,The manager came out and said it was nice to see people in dining room that made this mom relieved I’m always worried my kids are too loud!! Will be back to dine in again!!
Been loving Mazzio's since grade school. Still affordable, quality, friendly, quick, and healthy lunch.This restaurant seamed to still have covid measures in place. Tables were bare, cheese and pepper were another thing to take to your table.I didn't request a pizza but they did call one out so I know they honor requests.
Best salad bar around. I really wish there was one in Conway AR.
Food is good but this craps right here is frustrating. I ordered ff for my kiddos and for 2 bucks you get a tiny order. I even counted them had less than 20 small fries in each box.
Hair in your calzone really ruins the appetite.
The food is decent, but they really need to get the delivery times accurate online. An order that is a 30-40 minute delivery window for 2 medium pizzas shouldn't take over an hour to even get to the customer. The 3 stars are solely earned by the food, otherwise it would have been a 1 star at best. Every time I've ordered from this location, even per-Covid, they've had problems keeping to the delivery estimates.
The salad bar needed a little work but the restaurant was clean and we had good service. Food was good and was served hot.
The staff was friendly. The pizza's were great. Prices were good too.
