Food is always good but need to work on service a little better. We went on a busy night and they forgot something in my to go order so had to go back inside and the excuse was they were super busy. Then I saw that my wing order was wrong as well and I would of had to wait another 30 minutes for them to cook so I just went home. I understand that it can be busy at places but don't use that as the excuse to get the food wrong, just be better at checking.
Food is horrible. Wouldn’t even feed my dogs with it. The pizza that they are good for is not even the same anymore. Cheap products get you horrible reviews and one less customer. If they would buy better products and charge abit more they would gain the customers that they lost back.

We love Louis's however last time we visited we left because our waitress came, gave us a menu and never returned. So we left, im sure the food would of been great that night but service was not. So sorry for this review but I'm always honest
Chris in the bar area was amazing! Kept the glasses full, our food was steaming and fresh, and she just so happened to show up whenever we even thought about needing anything.
This place is great. Shoestring fries. Good beer selection and the mixed drinks sound good. Really good food

The service was excellent, we were in there about 3 on a Sun. afternoon with the granddaughter for a late lunch. The food was good and there was more than we could eat. First time eating there for us and we will go back when in the area. Large selection on the menu and none of us got the same thing and everything we ate was good.
We had a good waitress, we just seemed to have the lots of tables to take care. Felt she was running ragged.Bless her heart.
loved it, got a couple of burgers and fries to go. food was hot and fresh. staff and restaurant was clean and friendly. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.
