The lady opened the window, never turned to look my way or even speak to me. I asked if there was a menu. She popped the remainder of whatever she was eating into her mouth and proceeded to tell me she had cheese, pepperoni and sausage. She did all this while never making eye contact. I gave her a "no thanks" and drove down to Dominoes where I was greeted, verbally and with eye contact, ordered my pizzas. And was thanked by everyone as they handed me my food. Customer service, people. It makes a difference.
Ordered 2 Bags of breadsticks at 8:35 and arrived at 8:45 P.M we ordered online and when we arrived we waited in the drive through for 35 min just for the guy to tell us it will only be another 5 min and to pull forward and wait... after 5 minutes we walked inside and have been waiting for another 20 minutes and just recieved my food at 9:46 P.M... NEVER AGAIN
Went to drive through girls sitting against the window joking with another employee … walks away when I drive up waits got me to ring the bell… then stared around the ovens… and looks at me for 5 seconds like I’m doing a magic trick or something… then comes to the window and asks what I want. 2 cheese 2 pepperoni… laughed as they all 3 looked at each other and said we dont have cheese… said I’ll go to another store and they closed the window before o could roll up my window
the pizza is constantly not cooked right. i’ve been going to this one specifically for 3 years cause i live close it’s just too much at this point. they haven’t had pepperoni the last 3 times i’ve gone in 3 weeks. idrk what’s going on there but they desperately need better oversight or a new staff.
These people never get anything right. I have MANY complaints but bc this will be long enough all on its own. So , I will just speak of tonight's. I tried over 30 mins to call the phone rang then hung up. So I decided to drive to the store. STILL CALLING They were NOT busy. As I pulled up phone rang and rang NO ONE answered....phone or drive thru. So I ordered online HOPING to get a fresh pizza. Waited until it notified it was ready Went back through the drive thru. Girl came asked what I wanted to order. I told her I was there to pick up. She said it would be 5 to 7 mins. I said well I want it a with garlic butter and parm all over the website doesn't give that option and you guys keep hanging up the phone and won't answer. BTW that's ME calling I hear your phone ringing. She said she would make sure it's the way I want it and would bring it out. I waited 20 mins NOTHING SO I went back around NO ONE answered the window for 5 mins. Finally same girl came back. Asked my name again. GOES TO THE WARMER where they keep the hot and ready pulls me out a pizza that was sitting. Claims it was fresh....it WAS NOT and there was NO garlic butter or parm on it. No one answers phones here no managers here and no other place to complain other than here.
Got there at 1045. I knew I had to wait. It was after 11 am when they unlocked the doors I went inside and waited another 10 minutes for them to even get to me. There was 1 person ahead of me and they waited also. They didn't cut the pizza right.
Waited 45 minutes for my hot and ready at the drive through. It definitely wasn't ready. The girl working the window was over it. Her attitude was ?. I prefer my bad news served with a smile.
This location has to be one of the worst. It’s ran by children to start, there never seems to be any leadership in the building. It does not matter what time of day it is, “hot and ready” is not a thing for them. I just placed an order at 4:30 for one pepperoni pizza and crazy bread….no cars in the parking lot or drive thru but it’s going to take 35-40 min to make that. They have 3 tickets hanging. This used to be my fave place because it’s close to home and convenient on a busy day, but this place has gone down hill quite a bit. Dominos is closer so I may check them out next, because I’ve got a 15-20 min pizza there majority of the time.
Hot and ready always 20 min wait. (Just wanted 1 pizza asked for anything they had made)
I went right in the middle of the dinner rush, they were slammed, but those kids kept their cool and took care of everyone! Little bit of a wait, but still worth the price ?
