I went thru the drive at 5:20 I ordered #8 my biscuit was hard, my fries were hard and chewy, and my Cole slaw was dry....like juice at all like stick to your tongue!!!! but it gets better they handed me my drink.....no ice.....and flat!!!!!!! are you kidding me!!!!!!
Paid $27 for 8 piece strips, 2 sides and biscuits.
If I could give them a zero star I would. First I waited in line for 30 min and then when I got to the menu board to place my order she cut it off halfway through. So, I drove up to add to my order to be told I would have to get back in line to order tenders and they did not have fries for the combo, so I said (to myself) I will just eat a piece of chicken out of the 8 piece I got for my family instead of tenders, no big deal. So I ordered and extra mash potatoes and gravy. My daughters chicken sandwich I handed to her and she took a bite and said mom its not any good (she always gets a chicken sandwich, she loves them) so I said just wait till we get home and you can have my piece of chicken and mash potatoes, I will eat the sandwich.I get home there is only 3 biscuits of the 4 we were supposed to have, there is no gravy for the mashed potatoes. Only 7 pieces of chicken and NONE of them were done, literally pink inside, the chicken on the chicken sandwich was not done the crust on any of it wasn’t even brown. I’ve spent $40 plus on food we cant even eat. I literally would not even feed it to my dog for fear or them getting sick from raw chicken.Don’t waste your time. ?
my dad waited an hour and 45 minutes for food. and he couldn't go in and get his refund to leave because so many people were pissed off THEY LOCKED THE DOORS. Ridiculous. when he finally got his food the chicken was burnt, he was missing items and hadn't ate all day so he had to take what he got and leave. on top of all that. some girl that worked there had come out and was eating on the side of the building, turns out she was eating their order.
I’ve tried giving this location the benefit of the doubt but HOLY COW the food is so bad it’s not even funny. Every time I order popcorn chicken it is straight up not even chicken. it’s just hard breading. The drinks always taste like the machine hasn’t been cleaned in months, I literally thought my lemonade was moldy because it tasted that bad. I hate leaving bad reviews and I don’t think I ever have but I genuinely don’t know how this place is in business still. How do you only have hard breading with no chicken in the middle ?!? I legit don’t know how it’s physically possible
This location needs a overhaul of employees! The pandemic has nothing to do with the lack of ability to read what goes into a meal especially when there is only 3 items needed and you drive 10 miles and find out you are missing 2 of the 3 items! This is not the first time it has happened. Definitely check before you pull away although you might get a dirty look for questioning what was there mistake .
I can only assume the lobby was closed do to COVID and being short staffed. It appeared there were only two young people working and I will say they were working very hard and were also very polite. The chicken however was missing the secret recipe. There was no taste and very bland.
Went earlier today and accidentally ate part of a VERY undercooked and still raw chicken strip. My stomach has been hurting all day and I most likely have food poisoning. You should not be careless when you cook chicken and should make sure it is cooked long enough!! This can make people very sick!!
terrible experience tonight. They charged us more than they were supposed to. cold and old food. the woman at the counter did not give us a receipt for our purchase. and the order was incomplete. we had to throw the food away and our money too. what a bad experience at kfc.
This KFC is clean, the food is excellent, and the staff are friendly and very well trained. You can say, "Sure, it's just a KFC, right?". Well, that's just it; this location is BETTER than other KFC locations. The food is hot and fresh, and if there are any issues, the staff get all over it and ensure that you don't leave hungry or unhappy. I will be back over and over because of the positive experience and great food. What more can you ask for??
