I usually come to this store for my sandwiches and the workers are very kind. With that said. I ordered some sandwiches online at 1:17 on May 14th and had to wait over an hour while they still asked me what my order was repeatedly. They didn’t have my ticket either. I saw a gentleman give my sandwich away two times to another customer while he could have bagged it and gave it to me. I understand they were busy, but if you have a system it shouldn’t have worked this way. I have worked in fast food and sandwich business to be exact. It was never this bad. Hope this finds you well and that I can bring y’all more business in the future.-After I posted this they managed to get my order together and the team was very kind and thanked me for my patience. They paid for my sandwiches because I didn’t make a fuss and waited, and allowed me to upgrade to combos. They definitely recovered from the situation, but I think there is room for improvement in the system. Thank you to the crew and thank you for replying to my review. You still have a loyal customer and I will be back in soon.
Love is the ONE!! She makes our sandwiches every single time. I've followed her from another JM location bc she's that good. She is the best and makes sure we're taken care of every time!!! She is a rockstar and knows what she's doing, from customer service to actually making each sandwich the way it's supposed to be!! I'm telling you, you will NOT be disappointed when you visit this location bc she (Love) takes pride in her job. She does HER JOB AND THEN SOME EVERY TIME!!!!I will say this, I used to eat other sub sandwiches and I will no longer eat any other..... Some would say JM is a little pricier but I'm telling you, the quality of sandwich and care you get from this location is the difference....SO WORTH IT!!!!! THANK YOU LOVE
I’ve been attempting since NOVEMBER to be reimbursed for my card being charged 3x for the same order. Nobody returns calls and I hate talking on the phone anyway. Love the sandwiches but this location is terrible. I stood there for 30 minutes because the card machine was down and I don’t have cash so they kept having me re swipe my card. Finally the shift manager said I could go ahead and go. Yet, my card was charged not once or twice but 3x!!!
Yesterday was the third time I ordered a plain steak and cheese foot long and the third time they messed it up. I absolutely love their food but cannot stand onions, green and red peppers on my sandwich. So in my standing they went from 5 stars to 1

Horrible! I ordered sandwiches online for a teacher group. Ordered at 11:30am to pick up at 12:10! The return time said 12:30. ONE HOUR to make six sandwiches. I called to ask if they could get them done sooner and the manager would not attempt to accommodate, was rude and disrespectful and then hung up on me and canceled my order. It was busy and I understand that, but I also know it was planned busy and you have to staff for that. Very disappointed. If it would allow I would give ZERO stars on this encounter!! Second time to visit this location. The staff has been very friendly every time that I’ve been. The sandwiches are great and they make them as quickly as they can. No complaints here about this location!
Older lady is very rude giving death stares to customers and treats food couriers like trash as well. I guess I would be mad all the time too if i was 60+ still working in food.
Called in our order from Norman,. Then showed up sandwich was still not made so it was pointless to make the order online USELESS!!!!!!!!
I never have had a great experience at the one in Moore. Employees not nice.
