We went through around lunch time on a Sunday. The lady who took our order was very nice and listened to what we were saying at the speaker (which seems to be a struggle for a lot of places). The food was finished up quickly and tasted great. We live in Norman, but had to quit going to that location due to orders being incorrect, being out of items we had planned to order, "cleaning" different areas in the kitchen so certain items could not be ordered, and then finally hearing customers state they had found roaches in their food. Needless to say, it was a nice change of pace during our experience here at the Moore location! I'm sure they cannot help but to close periodically due to current staffing issues in most fastfood establishments. I would personally rather them close when they do not have enough workers than trying to force one or two workers to fully man the store. That's when issues occur in orders and when it takes a long time to get your food.
Google says drive thru open, employees have a chair in front of the lane so I don't think you are. Just close already. Let a restaurant that actually wants customers to open. The only reason I can think for this place to still be an operational business is because it's a front for something else??? I don't know but I know if you're hungry, this isn't the place.
Zero set hours. Last time all lights were on and doors were locked, people looking straight at us in the middle of the day. I understand staffing, but some sort of set hours, even reduced, would be amazing.
Always seems like the bread on the sandwiches are slways dry. They were out of fries, curly fries, and onion rings during my last visit.
Literally just called to tell them I appreciate their efforts and my food was great only to get ATTITUDE about it? So confusing. Why was calling to tell them that was answered with short rude responses of, "Uh huh.... uh huh... okay.... bye then." Someone needs some sunshine injected up their behind before answering the phone next time. So you want a bad review? Here ya go.
$10 for this … $2.59 for a small order of fries. Never again !!!
DO NOT GO HERE OR ORDER FROM HERE!! Employees are the laziest you’ve ever seen if they don’t feel like cooking something which is alot of time the will tell u its out. You try to order food from here they wont add everything in ur order EVER! The burgers they will throw on a bun and wrap them up will nothing on them. If its later at night they start cleaning wayyyy early… hours early and then wont sell anything fried they tell you they are out. They have even told people they are out of coke before lol This place is the worst Ive ever seen and has been for a long time im surprised this place hasn’t been closed or that there district manager hasn’t gotten involved its that bad.
They were short staffed and running slow, but I didn't mind because they took the time to make the order right. It was also snowing and I give them kudos just for showing up.
My husband and I were gonna dine in, but they opened the lobby door and let us know their dining area was closed and their fryer was down for maintenance, but let us know their drive thru was open. 2021, New Year's Eve. This was my first time ever at any JITB and I must say, even with the fryer down for maintenance, their food is better than McDonald's, hands down. Not greasy at all, like I was expecting. 10/10 would eat their again. Thank you to the employee who let us know at the door and the employee running the drive thru for letting us know the fryer was down... Awesome food!!!
I came here yesterday and had such a good experience. There was a girl named Jacey who I over heard telling her coworkers "even though they were short handed it was going to be a good day." I love that attitude and told her to keep up the positiveness. It made me go back to work after lunch and have a better attitude myself as we were also short handed. I would give this place a two thumbs up??
