I would choose fast food over IHOP, but my child asked to go. Chicken strips were over cooked and hard. Pancakes were good as usual but so overpriced: a couple of medium sized plain pancakes and overcooked chicken strips for $10 (even though the menu said 7.99). We asked for blueberry syrup repeatedly but it didn't actually come until the kids were almost done eating. One child asked for funny face pancakes as shown on the picture, with one bacon and one sausage. But it came with two bacon. And it took quite a while to get food, even though it wasn't busy at all. Soft drink selection is miniscule. If you want diet, there is only one option. Also, drinks are not even included with kid meal. The place is clean, but it feels old and sterile, like a hospital rather than a restaurant. It gets a two stars instead of one because the kids love the funny face pancakes, just like I did as a kid.

I had a very enjoyable time at this IHOP. I went with a cast of a performance that was at Randall University during late April. It was extremely busy. There were about fifteen of us at around ten thirty at night. We were seated almost immediately, a few minutes after we entered another large group of people entered. There only looked to be five people waiting but there were over fifty people in the restaurant. Everything was pretty mediocre, the wait time was pretty long but I don't blame the staff at all, it was extremely packed at the time. We had an extremely kind waitress and I would recommend this place if you are having a late night outing and you are unsure where to go. I will probably come back here in the future, hopefully with less of a crowd.
Ordered strawberry and creame crepes and as you can see no strawberry or cream so I called to get order changed after I already left and got back to my room and the manager wanted to argue with me and tell me if I brought the crepes back she'd make new ones trying to catch me in a lie. Anyways I told her to forget about it if she was going to be so rude. Don't come here, don't order here! Terrible customer service and comprehension!!
Food as always was great. I get the Colorado Omelet pretty much every time I come here, and it was very good. I had to get some work done, and hadn't had my morning coffee, but as always they give you a carafe full of hot Java. Was exactly what I needed. Free wifi was ok, if a little slow but the service was fast and I ALWAYS appreciate that.
Took the kiddos to eat breakfast for dinner. They loved it! Not very busy and they just had a single server taking care of the front who did a fantastic job. Olivia K was awesome simply because of her smile and positive attitude. Thanks for the great service and making my evening after work with the kids a treat ☺️
If I could rate a zero stars I would. We came in at 630 pm had a party of four we were seated at the same time as another party if 4. We all ordered our food and we sat and waited and waited. That other family ate their food and left before we even received our food. That's not the worst part when we brought it up we were treated extremely rude from the manager. Because he said he was shorthanded and that's why we didn't have our food. I watched him and the waitresses stand around and talk while we waited. When I called him out on it I was told if I didn't like it I could leave. Well after waiting over 45 minutes for my food to come I sure as heck did not wait that long to walk out without eating the food I ordered almost an hour prior. I will never step foot in here again. Until the manager becomes the bus boy.
It was great. Whoever was our waitress did the best job we have ever had. We went as a family and each of 7s are real particular on how we like our meals set up. She is the first waitress to ever get it all correctly. She was fast with our refills. She Did everything so perfectly. Was really impressed with her. Our meals were delicious also. I didn't get her name but she's a young girl with brown hair and blonde tips. I couldn't tell if she was Caucasian, African or Spanish. She had an olive skin tone. She was tall, thin. Just amazing service. We went on March 24th around 7:30. It was a celebration for our daughters Honor Society. She loves IHOP French toast
They simply can not get an order right. Ever. Food is okay when you do get it. But the real reason for the review is on our last visit, the waitress brought the check and it was 40.00, put my card down and when she brought back the receipt, the total had changed to 43.00. She added an iced tea on the ticket. We didn't have an ice tea and everything we ordered was accounted for on the original ticket. I think it's a pretty shady practice when you try to pull that. Won't be back.Update: 2-17-22 I look at my bank account today and see another charge from ihop for the $40. Now i am getting double charged. It appeared this morning on my bank account, not sure how they can charge my card 6 days later but some manager up there is about to have a really bad day. Thieves.
I loved there food and service, its amazing. If you are passionate about your food stop by and eat and enjoy a coffee or a cool refreshing drink . Love , live life. Enjoy yourself
