I love this place! Their pizza is wonderful, but especially the Chicken Florentine pizza is delectable. I mean its not only the best pizza I have ever tasted, it is one of the best FOODS in general I have ever tried. Also, their fried mushrooms are amazing. I haven't been here in several years since I moved away, but I was having a craving for that pizza so I thought I would leave a review. Try it, you will love it.
Had the worst experience here, we were seated right away but it took at least 10 minutes for the waitress at the bar to even acknowledge us. The bar wasn’t full just yet so I wasConfused by that, took 25 minutes for our appetizers to come out and I’m assuming they must’ve forgot to put the pizzas in w because they were out in the oven later then we anticipated. We ordered hand tossed and when all three pizzas came out thin crusted I pointed it out to our waitress who said she would grab the manager. Manager came, seemed nervous; probably because he was lying through his teeth stating that all of their hand tossed pizza is that then. I knew it was a lie because I eat at hideaway often and I know exactly how the crust is. The waitress then came later apologized and actually confirmed what I said. Their hand tossed is not that thin. Received 15 dollars worth of coupons for our troubles but definitely won’t be back
Bryce the bartender is awful. But better believe he's quick to grab a payment and close a ticket out. Our 2 interactions with him were seriously lacking customer service and hospitality.We absolutely love Hideaway Pizza and IF we decide to give the Moore location another chance and Bryce is behind the bar, we'll just walk out.
We love Hideaway Pizza. However can’t hardly talk with each other due to the music being soooooo LOUD! Asked last time if someone could lover it.They said it was done, however it was hardly noticeable. It’s hard to enjoy a pleasant dining experience with so much noise.
Service gets worse (pickup curbside employees have no service skills) and food prep time just gets slower every time I go. I love Hideaway but will find somewhere that can get me pizza (curbside) in less than an hour.
I went with my family for lunch and had a very good experience the person helping us named Lucky was very sweet and nice, and they need a raise they did an amazing job with great service even was helping two or three tables at once. Great atmosphere, great food. Ask for Lucky
We ate inside around 12:30 pm on a Friday. It took 30 minutes for our large pizza to be delivered to our table..but it was worth the wait. Crust was perfectly crisp on our hand tossed pizza and the ingredients were fresh tasting. Definitely recommend.
Lucky was our server and she was so attentive and the absolute sweetest. She was very engaged with our children and went above and beyond for us. Her and Ava made sure to help our kids find their elf so they could get a treat. They were so kind and did so much more than they had to for us. The food is always good, but the staff at this location is what makes it the best one to go to.
The fried mushrooms are still the best in the city and they now offer them as a half-order when dining alone. Pizza, pasta and subs are all on the menu and really can't go wrong with whatever you choose.
Speedy service, on top of a very clean restaurant. Food is always fresh and tasty.
