Real fast service great food and I was able to feed 3 grown men for $26 and some change
I had a great experience here at Grandy’s! Chicken fried steak meal was delicious - everything was nice and fresh. Our server Karen was so nice and accommodating my custom order when most places get angry and annoyed with that. They were fast as well!
This place is probably one of the worst fast food experiences I have ever had. Let me just start with, I understand they're short handed, and I understand not all of their food items are readily made. I wanted good, fresh fried chicken, and was told I'd have a 20 minutes wait. No problem. I had nowhere to be, and I was patient enough for fresh chicken. My 20 minute wait turned into a 45 minute wait because of no communication, my chicken went to somebody else. I didn't throw a fit, I didn't complain, but nobody did anything to acknowledge that my wait was far beyond what it should have been. It felt like most other fast food places. Minimally paid employees that don't give a **** about their jobs. That's exactly how my food tasted. My 2 sides seemed like they'd sat on a warmer for several hours and my rolls were sub-par at best. Pay your employees more? Maybe they'll be happier? Maybe they'll actually care about the quality of what they're doing? Will absolutely not return - Never again.
Way overpriced, the service is non-existent and they always mess up orders. I have been waiting 45 minutes in heat index of 106. They missed on the count of chicken tenders in my family order so I had to wait double time. Almost 45 minutes and still waiting. I will not be back. I advise you avoid this Grandy's too.
We stumbled upon this place traveling and my husband and I use to eat @ Grandy's all the time in our younger years in Houston Texas, we've been craving this place for over 20 years! The menu has increased alot & the food is still delicious! The service was great! Glad to know one of these is still around ❤
Arguably the best biscuits and gravy ive ever had anywhere. I get it with the cf steak and the meal is always hot and delicious. The service is fast n friendly. I eat here several times a week. You will pay a little more here than your avg ff joint but well worth it imo. Well done!
Had a rough experience at this location. The owner of the restaurant was very gracious, worked very efficiently to make up for the situation. I am so very thankful and will be returning. I have grown up with their food and absolutely love it!
We eat out every single day. Grandy's charges to much money for to little food. The employees are nice until you order your food.. then good luck.. the only reason they are still in business is because of the old folks that remember how they use to be. No extra rolls. No lady going around asking if you need anything. At one time that was the best place to eat.
Have been coming to this Grandy's location since I was a little kid. The catfish, and rolls will always be my favorite. The tater sauce is good, ask for lemons. Usually a small wait about 10 minutes, but ITS WORTH IT!!! They have deals every week, a few times a week on their chicken fried steak dinners, and they amazing too the green beans are soo good. Might want to ask if there is bacon in them if you have a food allergy I'm not sure. Great place, usually older people here, which is a good sign bc they know what's good to eat been doing it a long time! Lol Most definitely come here, and support Grandy's!!!
Drove all the way from Norman and it's still worth it. Everything is the same and good as ever. (Grandys was my 1st job 25 yrs ago. I even made the sinnamon rolls on the weekend.) Except....they didn't give me my dinner rolls last night. I even paid for extra...3 meals ...0 rolls. I'm really sad about that.
