Every time I go into this location the customer service is terrible. No one ever greats you. They don't acknowledge that your even there. I always place a walkin order and I understand that it won't always be ready when I get there. The problem is no one says anything to you. I'm just standing there waiting. Not even sure if they have my order. I will even say Thank you and they say nothing.I'm just asking for decent customer service.
If I wasn’t trying to be cheap this morning I would of went somewhere else! Girl at the drive thru was so rude! I told her the order was wrong and she just threw the straw marched her angry self over to fix it handed the drink to me didn’t even say sorry have a great day nothing! So I said it to her and she just hid herself behind the sliding glass! Want my money get better service with people who love their job!! If I wasn’t picking up a drink for someone else I probably wouldn’t of cared that they messed up on the order but they just don’t pay any attention!
I asked for a ice caramel latte not and ice coffee I worked at dunkin I know the difference in a latte and iced coffee.
I stop here at 5:30 Saturday mornings and it's always a great experience. Fresh tasty food and the employees are quick at getting my order ready. Only adds 2-3 minutes to my work commute. Thanks guys!
Just left this place. Terrible. They are out the refresher flavors they have advertised. Proceeded to order a frozen drink, to be told all their blenders are broken. Ordered a scoop of ice cream, and an iced coffee. Get to the window, and was told they didn't get my scoop. Lol what a joke. Not even an apology. Management, your team needs to be retrained asap! Will not go back.
Awfully disgusted by the conversation that was loudly being had by the drive thru worker this morning. She loudly stated “why would anyone want f**ng kids, they’re disgusting.” She continued to add “they cost money and are annoying.” Followed by an audible disgusted sound. Completely insensitive and unprofessional. It was the Dark haired girl that always works the window and is (believe it or not) generally unpleasant. Appalled at how loudly and openly she was discussing this with customers around.
I have been to this location several time's, hoping they would get my order right. Each time I have specifically asked for sugar free and sugar free flavor. And each time they messed up and given me sugar drink. This is ridiculous. I can't have sugar so it is very frustrating. I won't be going back to this location.
They burnt my hashbrowns a bit and took a while to make my small order but everything was pretty good so overall a good breakfast for fairly cheap.
Their donuts are pretty good, but some of their food items and coffee products are too, especially the black pepper bacon egg and cheese croissant.
I am a regular Dunkin’ customer! I’m there on a daily, I normally go to the Northwest Expressway location which is great. I recently moved to Moore, OK and the moore location is right down the street from me…… worst location they have.-My order is always wrong.-I’m always having to go back inside.-Their Coffee either taste so bitter you can’t even drink it, or so watered down because they don’t change out their coffee grounds daily.- I tried to use my app for my rewards (free drink) and their scanner was not scanning my bar code, instead of entering manually, The lady behind the counter told me “tough luck, sorry.”It sucks that this is the Dunkin im stuck with. Every day I drive 10 minutes out of my way everyday to go to the Dunkin’ off Western just to save me the trouble and so my good attitude isn’t ruined first thing in the morning.
