I wouldn’t recommend the food from this location, but I wouldn’t recommend working there either. They seem to be very short handed; probably because their crew members are getting paid $7.25 an hour and their managers are getting paid $9.35-$10.35. GMs are at 55k a year. That’s not a livable wage and probably why the service is terrible. Everyone’s already quit
Before ordering from this Domino's I noticed that it only had a 3 star rating, but thought that was strange how could it be that much worse than the other ones in the area. Now I know. Ordered pizza tonight for carryout said it would be ready in 30 minutes, went to pick it up after the 30 minutes and was told it wasn't ready yet that it would be another 12 minutes, well 30 minutes later I still didn't have a pizza. They did refund my payment but don't really think that makes up for wasting an hour of my time when all I want is a pizza for dinner. Won't be making the mistake of ordering from this Domino's again plenty of other ones to go to.
This pizza at that time had one delivery driver the wait time was over 2hour that is ridiculous. Youall need to get together.Or offers the discount for customers that have to wait.
Called in for a pickup order. Asked for the 3 topping any pizza for $7.99 each. Girl on the other end told me that coupon is no longer available as well as the medium 2 topping pan pizza for $8.99. Made my way home from work , got on the website and I saw both coupons still active on the Dominoes website. So she lied to me twice in one call. I will not be returning to this location.
I ordered a create your own pasta and they messed it up. I ordered a pasta with ham and bacon and they gave me giant chunks of chicken instead. Another issue is that there was more chicken than noodles in my pasta. Normally this pasta can feel me up, but today I'm still hungry and have to get something else.
Only bad Dominoes I’ve ever been to. Too bad I just moved four blocks away from it a few months ago. My three experiences:1. After 12 minutes waiting, placed order by phone. When I got there to pick it up order had been lost. Gave me coupons and I left. Nice workers.2. Called in, used coupon. Worst pizza of 100’s I’ve had at various Dominoes. Almost no cheese.3. And now this. On Jan. 7 @ 7:10pm. Called to place an order. After 20 minutes on hold I drove over. Walked in, their phone ringing loudly, showed the person at register my phone with 24 minutes on hold and was told, “We’re busy.” I left and looked back to see the employee at the register pointing at me while talking to the manager and laughing. Went to McDonald’s.
If I could give negative stars for my latest experience, then I would. The "manager" Bree was extremely rude when I called and asked where our order was. The tracker said that it was quality checked at 6:39pm and it was after 7:45 Pm when I called. She was extremely rude and said that they were short staffed. I asked her if our pizza has already been made and quality checked if that was the pizza that would be delivered to me, and she said yes unless I wanted them to remake it, but it would be at least another hour and a half before it was delivered. I said that didn't make sense to remake it if we are going to get old pizza either way. She said we could come pick it up, but it would be at least 35 minutes. I asked her why we couldn't just come pick up the pizza that was already made and she said because they were going to remake it.. Which made zero sense to me. She was super rude and hung up on me. Mind you, she is supposedly the store manager. I checked the tracker again to see how long it would be until our food would arrive and it said that the order was canceled. I called back and asked if she canceled our order and she said that she canceled it because she's not going to allow me to talk to her that way. Mind you, I could have probably been more "understanding" that they are short staffed, however her customer service was probably the worst experience that I've ever had. I told her that the food was a gift because my son just got out of the hospital from doing inpatient chemo and that his grandfather wanted to help us and it wasn't even my order. She ended up hanging up on my again after I told her that she sucked at customer service and that she should set an example to her employee's as a manager. I also called her a derogatory word, which I didn't feel bad about at the time but now looking back I know that I am a bigger person than that. She literally made me cry. Since my son's diagnosis a few weeks ago, our family has been going through the most trying times that one could ever imagine. Her attitude and blatant sense of entitlement where extremely unnecessary. I can see why she is understaffed, because I wouldn't want to work for her either. I would be ashamed if she was my employee and I wouldn't keep her on my staff.We ended up calling Marco's right down the street and Hunter was so friendly and nice. He said that they had plenty of drivers, if we chose delivery, and he would send their general manager, if I would prefer. We ended up doing a picked up our order which was ready within 13 minutes of ordering and told him how wonderful he was. He actually made a horrible day better. His customer service was remarkable and you could tell that he actually cares about others besides himself.I am so disgusted with how I was treated by Bree at Domino's that I doubt I will ever eat at or order Domino's ever again. I regret the gift cards I gave to my family member's for Christmas because I would hate for them to get the same treatment. Bree was honestly the rudest person I've ever dealt with at any establishment ever. That says a lot about the company because they allow that type of behavior. I have nothing nice to say about my experience with her or her store.
Most of the time its hard to get someone on the phone. But once you do they don't seem to have a problem getting you what you want in the next 15-20 minutes
Ordered online at 6:05 pm. At 7:10 the tracker still said “prepping the order”. I called at 7:15 and was on hold for 7 minutes before anyone ever answered the phone. Was told they were backed up and it would be 2 more hours. My family doesn’t want to eat dinner at 9:30 pm. They weren’t going to contact anyone at all about this either. No offer of refund or anything. Had to ask for one after explaining that I couldn’t wait over 3 hours for a couple of pizzas to feed my kids. Not worth the money for sure. At least let people know somehow. I’m sure I’d still be sitting here with no communication at all just waiting on my pizza if I hadn’t called myself.
12/17/2021 ordered placed at 5:48PM. As of 7:32 still no nothing and the app says the order is still in prep. We called the store and were told there are STILL 47 orders ahead of ours. A little communication goes a long way. We even had to ask for a refund. What, were you planning on delivering at 10:00PM. I guarantee you have forever lost our business. 100% unacceptable.
