Food is always good especially the caramel cheesecake bites I pretty much get those all the time.
I am outraged and totally disappointed in my burritos at this place. I've ordered at this location 5 times and every time between 8PM-10PM who ever works that shift are complete idiots. They don't make a simple bean burrito with extra cheese and extra green sauce correctly. I never get hot sauce and they just throw my burritos in the bag opened and falling out. This place needs better staff especially at night.Sad and bad service. I won't come back. Fyi Note to Management....hire people who care and have better customer service.
If you know my reviews, if I eat at your restaurant, I'm coming for the service and I'm coming for your food! This place has terrible, horrible customer service and the food is lacking taste. It's sad when you order a bean and cheese burrito with extra cheese and green sauce and don't get it. The young men at the Drive thru window between 8PM-10PM are highly incompetent 1 out of 5 orders were made correct. Hire genuine people who appreciate customer service and train your staff to make orders the right way. Get out the drive thru if you won't get it right!!!
Not very clean and lazy workers. The place looked like a tornado had hit and all tables dirty. Of course none of the staff even tried to pick up rag wipe anything down.
My review went from a 5 star to a 1 star after this buy out by Jack in the box and they changed the menu and the price. Then I buy 20 tacos and get 7 things of sauce. I guess only I get sauce for my tacos not my girlfriend or friend.
Ordered Del Taco for the first and last time. The bean and cheese burritos were burnt with black burnt beans scattered thru out them. The tacos had literally no filling to them at all. It was by far the worst fast food order I have ever had. I usually hit up Taco Casa when I am wanting tacos but decided to try something new and different and that was a mistake.
What I like about this chain, they are open late and most holidays. The food is good as you can get for fast food. They are always friendly and quick to get your food to you.
The quesadilla Taco is no different than the chicken taco the ingredients are the same except one has queso and tomatoes at this location they put mainly lettuce in the taco there's not any chicken in it the girl at the window is amazing she's always working hard and doing her job however the inside cashier and Cooks have went to s*** not only did they not put chicken on the chicken taco they don't put queso on your nachos either you literally get a pile chips with half of one side covered with beans and green chilies
Terrible service, terrible food, terrible attitudes and employees. In the evening, at least. Don’t waste your money here. They were good when they first opened and now this place is trash, just check out the reviews and you’ll know. Night crew is especially awful and shouldn’t be working anywhere near people. Give your money to a business that actually deserves it. I hope the franchise owner sees this because your employees are awful and claim that you don’t exist when asked to speak to whoever is above them. Half of them deny that there’s a manager. Hire someone who actually knows how to run a business.
