Great customer service and quick too. I ordered a oreo blizzard....yumm!! Nice and thick. It was delicious. And for my little girl she got a sundae with pineapple on it. She has never had that before, she gobbled it up the whole thing and loved it. Good job Dairy Queen. I just miss the hand dipped DQ's. If ya'll started that again, we'd probably come more. I highly recommend this Dairy Queen. Very good customer service.
My family doesn’t eat out often, so when we do it’s a big deal. Tonight was out of necessity, as my Day ran longer then expected. So with great excitement my kids chose a favorite meal, And I looked forward to eat greasy indulgent.One long wait, cold fries, kids cheeseburgers burgers without cheese & my hamburger with bone or gristle fragments later…I will never go back to any dairy queen again. (Also, side note, the milk comes with the worst straw known to mankind.) Life is too short for dull food. Maybe others can learn from my experience and save the $15. I can say all the staff were professional & polite, which is really hard to come by in 2022, so kudos to them! Two stars just for them!
I grew up on DQ. I'm also fat so I know a thing or two about burgers. I have to say I am done with them, I'm pretty sure the burgers are no longer beef, they taste horrible. Try the meat by itself if you don't believe me?. Let's not get started on the ridiculous prices now. For that price you should be getting kobe beef not whatever it actually is?!?!
Slow service and cold food.
Oh yummy! It is obvious they are short handed.. Dairy queen was busy almost 7pm thrusdsy night! 3/31/22 The poor girl taking all the orders, making all the shakes banana splits hot fudge sundae blizzard I watched her making almost every ice cream dish while getting bag's of food together calling the customer yes she was amazing and did an amazing job great customer service great food clean restaurant
Not a big fan of charbroil.but love the dip cones. Food is average.
This was the absolute worst experience ever. The food was horrible. The girl at the counter was nice, it's not her fault DQ's management has NO clue what they are doing. I've never had food that awful... What a Disappointment..!

They are always soooooo slow when picking up an order. Always late and sometimes the food is cold. Never start the food until I arrive and I always see food setting out on the counter waiting to be bagged up. Sometimes it can take 5+ mins to get any help from the employees. Been like this for months.
