I have decided that the only good cookie is the classic pink sugar cookie. Any “special cookie” has been a fail besides the Kentucky butter cookie. We tried the hazelnut one and the hazelnut spread didn’t even cover half, the molten lava literally had a single small bite of fudge on the inside. I have pictures for proof. And the peanut butter was so salty it had to be thrown out. I think we will stick to the sugar cookie only. I was told that my 4 pack would be replaced. That was a complete lie unfortunately. I’ve even called to speak to the manager about my issue and nobody was “available.”
Crumbl Cookies cookies are DELICIOUS! I've been several times and the customer service has always been wonderful. Their cookies are great to have for special events, a treat for a friend, or just a snack for yourself. I highly recommend trying them out if you haven't already!
To the girl assembling the cookies with the light brown hair, you’re doing amazing! Even with the chaos and nonstop orders she was still able to keep them coming and help some of us who’s online orders didn’t seem to be going through. I haven’t had the cookies yet but the service is good(:
Some of the best cookies my husband and I have ever eaten! We got six different cookies and we ate them all in one sitting!! Definitely will be back for more delicious cookies!!
Ok, this place is incredible. I have to give the utmost shoutout to SAM. This guy greeted us, explained the weekly selection thoroughly and so incredibly nicely. These fantastic cookies speak for themselves, I would eat these darn things every day if I had one closer to my house, but SAM was probably the nicest and most helpful person I’ve dealt with in my 37 years. If I had my own business, I would want a Sam to run it and deal with the public.
This was such a fun visit! The self payment kiosks were cool, albeit one of the card readers was broken and I had to manually enter my card. The service was incredibly fast.There is not a ton of interaction with the workers, but the brief time we did when our cookies were being handed off, they made sure we had utensils, napkins, and anything else we could need!The cookies were delicious!
I drive by this store daily and view its app every week. It's my go-to guilty pleasure and I always look forward to seeing what next week's menu will be. I've never had a cookie I didn't love!
We’ve been to this location twice. No one greets you when you walk in, no one offers to help you with your order. They even gave my order to the wrong person on 03/05. Service is awful.
Great place to bring for the family . As a employee I love the job we just need a couple of adjustments. Cookies are best in the state period creativity is unmatched. This place will take over Oklahoma real soon.
