I usually love city bites. The food is always good and this last time was no exception, food was great but the staff was incredibly rude. The guy at the speaker was very polite but the women at the window taking payments and handing out orders made me very uncomfortable. I was waiting in line for 20 minutes to get two baked potatoes which didn’t bother me but when I wanted to confirm my order at the window just to make sure it was accurate and she had such a bad attitude about it and made me feel stupid for even asking. Then she shoved the bag at me and rolled her eyes. I will not be returning to this location and I advise other people not too as well.

Cookies are three dollars and you decided to not give me one of the three I ordered.Thanks. Now one of my three kiddos doesn’t have a cookie. ?Past two times I’ve gone here, your grilled cheese have sucked! Excessive amounts of cheese and the bread is not appealing either time.I love the baked potatoes but like I mentioned about the grilled cheese, these past couple times have sucked!!Super over done and burnt. The potato is so hard.Definitely not going back.

First time to a City Bites…I’m very confused with the theme of this chain…the logo is a person with sunglasses, sort of an 80s vibe and then you walk inside and it’s a jungle-themed dining area with ants on the walls, rhino head above the bathrooms, and giant tree sculpture. I think little kids would like it. Color scheme is something out of a cheesy, 90s Saturday morning kids show. ?‍♀️ Well, I think the decor and ambience is a bit off-putting BUT the food was surprisingly pretty good! Ordered the beef-eater sandwich and some chips. Had to try the cookies since reviews rave about them. Got the ultimate peanut butter cookie and YES! Now I get why people eat here (or order out). Food is not bad. The kids working we’re really nice, friendly and accommodating when we asked for a side of pickles and tomatoes. Bathrooms were clean and dining room seemed to be pretty picked up too. Menu items included baked potatoes, sub sandwiches, a salad or two. Giving it 3 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ overall.

My order was wrong and I had to go back to the store to get the extras I ordered. The manager wanted to charge me for the extra and I was under the impression I had already paid for all my extras but the person who took the order didn't repeat the order back to me to verify my order. I had to actually beg to get extra ranch. Also my son's turkey wrap had no meat on one full side of the wrap. Lettuce only. By the time I got home it was 3 pm on Sunday and too late to call and complain. Very displeased with the service, and the lack of food that I paid for.

Pretty good food. Sandwiches weren't as expensive as I remembered. They make pumpkin cookies like no one else!

The turkey spud tasted good; however, a couple hours late symptoms......... Something is definitely not right here. Buyer beware. It's not like other locations. Definitely off the menu choices after yesterday. I don't appreciate yesterday's experience.

What is going on at this location? Just expect to spend 25 minutes waiting for food. This has happened to us the last two times we have been here, once inside and one in the drive through. I don’t get it. This last time we were the only people there.

Sandwich has very good and service was quick. I was surprised that they were not busy but probably due to the unusual time we stopped there for lunch. We ate much later than normal.

Really like this place for a good sandwich or soup. Also the cookies ? ?

City bites is my favorite sandwich shop. Great service and friendly atmosphere
