Let me start by saying,This is my review after being very dissatisfied with a previous visit. We've all had a bad experience at a Chipotle and if you say no you haven't, you are lying.The other day, I was in town getting groceries. It was later in the day and we had decided to pick up Chipotle because we needed a good meal and I can eat it while driving, hello burrito.Unfortunately, my burrito was rolled terriblyyy. Couldn't eat it, got home and I was HANGRY. The food and the quality of the food was phenomenal but the presentation was garbage. Called to "politely" complain the next day and the man assured me that I could come in and everything would be taken care of for me.Fast forward to today, walked in, talked to the gentleman cleaning up and stocking. Told him the situation and he stopped what he was doing to make my food for me. Very impressed and you know it's good Chipotle when you don't want your burrito to end. All the food was made properly and seasoned very well. I have no problem spending my money when somewhere puts the effort in to make my food and my experience good. Thank you neighborhood Chipotle! ✌️?
My buddy and I ate lunch here while in the Moore area. Ihad never eaten at Chipotle before and was interested ingiving it a try. The food was good; I had the carnitas rice bowland he had a chicken rice bowl . While the food was tasty,While we wouldeat here again
It was our first visit to a Chipotle.Everything was really flavorful, fresh, and the staff was friendly. I loved all three of their salsas & everything was seasoned very well.The negatives,The store itself wasn't clean, all of the tables were dirt & we had to clean our own table before we could eat. The hand sanitizer machine was empty. Lastly, we didn't see a public restroom available in this location.
So DISAPPOINTED, the amount of food was a joke in my bowl, it was less than half of the bowl and cost $9 but what got me at the registers was even more shocking, for 2 bowls $19.04 had the cashier a $20 dollar bill, the cashier looks at me and says I don't have any change !?! As I pull out a nickel to give her, she rings it out and closes the drawer and says, o I'm sorry... I can't reopen it !!! So they stole $1 from me, then looks at me like I did something wrong!!!! So,If they steal a dollar from every customer each week, these workers are making a Hell of a profit!!! JsWill not be going back ever again... make sure to check your receipts!
This store is amazing I travel all the way from OKC to come to this location! Everyone there is super nice and most importantly they really care about their customers and their health concerns. My partner who has celiac disease would wipe down the counter and change the spoons as well just to be safe. Huge shout out to Lancy, Erin, Jayden, and Nickolas who was the service manager for making our night special even more special!!!!!
Upset I paid $20 for lunch, not worth it. The quesadilla was good but the $8 chips and queso tasted like chalk, the beans had a really odd taste.
Overall pretty good. Could of been a bit warmer, but the flavors were great. Missing the Carne Asada!
Im a fan for sure. I brought my family to try for the first time and we were all impressed. Our rice was a little crunchy, I don't know if it is supposed to be like that.
The food was good and made to order. There wasn't toilet paper in the restroom, thankfully I had a tissue in my pocket. I told them and they said they would take care of it.
The best Chipotle I've been to. The meat wasn't cooked to death or too spicy. The chips weren't too salty. Everything was very good. We will be back.
