My waitress was amazing! You could tell she was being spread really thin bless her heart. That was the best part of our visit. The bar was dirty when we sat. It wasn't until my husband asked for cleaning supplies that they even cared to wipe it. Once our table was ready they seated us at a dirty booth. Food order was messed up by the kitchen several times, food came out really spaced out, and when it did arrive it was cold. They were running around like headless chickens and it showed that they were understaffed.
Came in for a bite to eat between movies. The first thing you notice is the grime on the floor as your shoes suddenly lose traction and your feet gently glide if you don't step right. You can tell the difference as the hostess station has a small section of brighter flooring where the grime is not. But, the food wasn't bad. I won't say great but nothing stood out for me. Our server was pretty awesome though. Thanks liela.
I love ordering food to go, arriving on time to get it, and finding out that it's been served to me cold. Not to mention they get the order wrong and their cheap plastic containers love to pop open and spill food all over the place. I don't recommend this place to anyone. Not unless you like the following flaws I've listed being done to you.
I ordered from Uber Eats. I ordered the chicken crispers meal. Once it arrived at my home, I opened my sides then took the actual container with the chicken out of the bag. Chicken was in a typical clear take out container. Immediately, I noticed all kinds of grease and sauce on the container. I chalked it up to the cooks just packaging and closing, but once I opened the container I was absolutely appalled.There were 4 chicken crispers inside, 2 of which that had literal bites taken out! Upon further inspecting and turning chicken over, on the bottom of all the tenders there was ranch on them....as if they had just walked to a dining table that had leftovers still on the table, saw the chicken and thought it would be a great idea to package it up for delivery. There should have been NO reason for literal bites and someone else's leftover sauce on the chicken delivered to another customer. On a normal day, it would be unacceptable and unprofessional to repackage someone else's leftovers for another customer...but with the covid virus rampant right now and for that to happen is absolutely appalling and extremely careless. Pretty sure the restaurant industry inspections would be obliterated. I don't even know what my purpose of writing this is because I will NEVER ORDER from this establishment again, but I want others to be aware of the unsafe, unsanitary and despicable actions of this restaurant. Yes, I have pictures of said food and receipt to prove.
: Do not ever order/go to the Chili's in Moore off of 19th street. Ordered food via UberEats. I ordered the chicken crispers among a few other things for my family and I. Once it arrived, I opened the bag and took out our meals and sides. Her food was fine, as were my sides. But once I got to the bottom container which were the Chicken crispers, I was mortified. The chicken was in the typical clear take out container. I noticed something odd with the batter part and realized that on the underside of the chicken that there was ranch on random parts of the chicken. At first I thought maybe they plated it then realized it was a delivery order...but then I noticed literal BITES taken out of some of the strips! So disgusting! They literally gave me someone else's half-eaten leftovers! Obviously I took pictures then called Chili's to speak to a manager (My one of very few Karen moments), employee picks up and I asked to speak to a manager, guy huffed and says "Hold on" and I sat on hold for 15 mins until I hung up. I am so sick to my stomach and I refuse to ever eat at that establishment again! Do not eat at Chili's in Moore!
This location is always hit or miss. I think they must have some new people working in the kitchen quite frequently or have a high turnover rate. Sometimes we go here and the food is phenomenal and the service is phenomenal other times they can’t keep your drinks full and it takes a half an hour just to get your order put in. When it’s good it’s good but when it’s bad it’s bad.
Haven't been to Chili's in years and I was impressed. The food was great and we had good service too.
The place was packed but the service was excellent and good hot.. they did a great job
By far the worse Chili’s location in the metro. I order my things online tells me my food will be ready in an hr. Ok cool. I get here and of course the check in to go lanes are not working for whatever reason. So I go into the restaurant and there are about 6 angry customers also dealing with the same thing I am. So I waited inside a total of an hr before I decided to ask for my money back and food still wasn’t ready. I spend 100 bucks for nothing wasted my time and not I have to wait for 3 days to get my refund. I’m telling this location is trash every time I come here it’s the same thing and it’s always the same excuse they use which is we are under staffed. ( there’s only a total of maybe 8 ppl in the sit down areas) but you are behind bc of what ? And all I hear in the kitchen is ppl laughing having a good time like there not there to work. It was literally no server on the floor for at least 20 mins at time as they are all partying in the kitchen. Makes no sense at all . So if you come here or order from this location don’t be surprised other wise. Str8 hot garbage at this location.
