This place is going down hill. About a year ago I would of said this is my favorite place. But now, my opinion has changed. The portion sizes have gotten much smaller. And the price has gone up. The service gets worse everytime I go. The order is right about 50% of the time, unless you get a basic meal with no alterations. The drive through person always tries to rush you. She will cut you off mid sentence to ask roll or biscuit, and what side?!?!?! If you ask her to repeat herself she gets an attitude! So let's recap. Less food, higher prices, and employees are even leaving bad reviews. On top of all that not 1 response to bad reviews, to try and fix the issue. That's a sign of bad management and worse ownership. ? I will not be back or recommend this location to anyone anymore.
I would be very weary of Chicken Express, Don’t waste Time or money here, I worked here for over 8 months, Employees & managers were stealing food and money because of lack of care, And That would be the reason for all the price raises, The owner is taking it out on the customers for his lack of caring and responsibility for losing money!! All Employees that we’re doing so we’re also let go, On top of that any employee that was kept was No longer offered any type of discount, Having to pay for even just a Bottle of water!!!! I would Not be surprised if there offering customers extra food or a gallon of sweet tea for a good review on google, They also will replace your food if it is not fresh!! So if you feel your food is cold in any type of way Be Sure to let them know!!!
Excellent service the chicken was amazing fries were wonderful the role amazing I didn't need the gray because I don't like gravy so I'm not sure how that went but service wise it was pretty good pretty fast even though they were busy they had two lanes going and got through pretty quickly definitely worth the money
They don’t do bad, but a lot of times they give me a roll when I clearly state biscuit and they have me repeat myself over the speaker. I came back around today for my biscuit and silverware that I didn’t get then I was given attitude and eyes rolled at me and they asked for the roll back when I’ve touched it?! That don’t make sense to me. Another thing the Mac and cheese taste awful something ain’t right. Literally taste like throw up ?
The owner Rick Brown does not care about his customers . He will take the word of his employees over the customer . Don't believe me I have the recording of him saying so . All he wants to do is talk over you when you are trying to tell him what bad happend at his Del City Ok store . Like getting the food cold or wrong orders etc . This happens all the time . And as many other reviewers have said THEY WILL NEVER ANSWER THERE PHONE ! Also he will believe his employees over you and make excuse's for them for just about everything . In his mind his employees can not do no wrong . I am surprised that this store is still in business with all the bad feedback from Facebook and other reviews online . Go take a look at the Chicken Express in Del City Ok reviews on there Facebook and you will see what I am typing about . It's just very sad that Rick Brown has wrecked this store that people pay there good hard money to get very unjust food .
Wasn't asked if I wanted a biscuit or roll, when they brought my food out they gave me a roll and I asked the lady for a biscuit she gave me one no problem. The tall officer doofy looking manager made her come back out to my table with tongs to grab that roll! Lol the mashed potatoes were half filled up and waited 15 minutes for my food. Needless to say go spend your money at slims or KFC. Wont be back.
Food (Chicken) fair at best. Very crunchy batter. Not much meat. Chicken one side meal is just that, and nothing else ?
To whom it may concern I haven't been at Olive Garden in that area in a long time. It was a rainy day. But my waitress was outstanding the food was off the chart. That means the food was very well and good
When the chicken is fresh, the chicken tastes good. However there are sometimes where the chicken is not good. But, I will still rate 5 stars because of the excellent service! And, most of the time the chicken is good.
Always dependable great. Fresh. Hot and tender. Get hungry thinking about it and just ate there. Friendly helpful service and cooks. One of my favs & go to place!
