Did a pick up order here at 4:50… 5:30 and still no food. Avoid it!
Tables and ground were kind of dirty, but they had cute flowers on top of them lol. My toddler enjoyed the little play area that they had. Food was good I would good back because my toddler liked it.
Having ordered southwest salad since they first introduced it with salsa instead of creamy salsa dressing; it was odd to be refused. Two guys, one of which was RUDE, wouldn't sub. it. I called the store and was told it could be switched. What happened to this location? They did better during covid peaks. It is now a roll of the dice as to whether or not it will be an ok experience.
The line was surprisingly short for a Friday evening. Picked up a 4 pc kids meal for daughter. Food was nice and hot as always. Staff were friendly as usual. 4/5 for being great but nothing out of ordinary. Just a typical great experience as expected.
I like this location and stopped by to get these heart shaped trays for my Gals... The food taste great as always...They unfortunately forgot my orders of hashbrowns... When I pulled up to the window the manager was arguing with an employee about when she should take her break which is very unprofessional... The wait was a little longer than normal today... I just have to say thank you to the young lady who was outside the window that gave me her mini count tray so I wouldn't have to wait any longer for my 2 regular count minis...I greatly appreciate you for doing that!!! You're awesome!!! Happiest Valentines Day!!!
They were extremely busy when I went today with the main cashier being in training. They had several very rude costumers and handled it excellent!! The wait for how busy they were was not a problem at all! The food was great as well as the customer service.
The Chick-fil-A in Moore on 19th has declined in service BIG TIME....no offense if your kids work there... I don't blame teenagers for a decline that reflects on management. We've had nothing but mistakes the last three visits and service that has declined a great deal in the last year plus. The final straw is that tonight they gave us someone else's mobile order but the manager won't refund our money and is only offering a store credit..Anyways, I'm just here to say that it is no longer a pleasure.
Went through the drive through this morning. Ordered a chicken biscuit with cheese and egg, a chicken burrito, and a grilled fillet for my dog. Order was placed at 9:43a. Drove up and paid, then sat at the window for 13 minutes with no food. Then had to pull forward so they could keep the line moving since my food still wasn’t ready. Didn’t get my food until 10:06. Then when we get home it’s wrong. No egg or cheese on the biscuit. No salsa for the burrito and no fork and knife (which I requested 2-3 times). Make me wait for 20+ minutes and not even get the order right? Not happy with the service at all.
Guys I had a $50 order with 30 nuggets and 4 sets of fries and 11 orders of sauce. Please explain how 0 made it in my order?Kaitlyn offering a free desert to make up for the missing 11 sauces does not buy back the time my family would be missing from their meal so we can fix your mistake. It's fast food I'm sure your company understands the importance of speedy service but I am here today because ACCURACY is important too. If I have to spend 20min round trip to come get my sauces all my fast food is now cold. So no Kaitlyn I do not feel your $4 free desert makes up for trashing my $50 order so I can eat it cold.I wanted to know that you guys were aware of your mistake and willing to make it right. This is not the first time you guys have forgotten sauce but it will be the last time you ruin my meal. Every order you guys botched was over $50 and I will be taking all my business elsewhere. I hear Popeyes does chicken too only reason I was here tonight was to appease the mrs. even she is done with you now.So guys please don't contact me for the free appetizer like last time and the free dessert this time do not come close to the $100+ in orders you messed up. Wait time takes no time with great workers like Ethan. And the other girl who took my order her name is Alisha. They did a wonderful job and were very attentive and fast for us. They were at a dinner rush but the service was beyond spectacular and we will definitely be returning. These are the types of employees who keep your company running. Give them a high 5 and a raise
