Its alright but like others who have posted the drive thru person is not friendly. She doesnt smile or say thank you. Also forcing people to pull to the front so you can falsely control the drive thru times is beyond frustrating. It took nearly 15 minutes for them to bring out my food and i was one of two customers there. I was late getting back to work due to this inefficient process. Do better!

Food is good but the cashier lady is beyond rude and shows how miserable she is the whole time. Literally this is the second time in a month I have come here and had the exact treatment from the exact person. The first time I just thought that maybe she wasn't having a good morning now that it has happened the next time I came in I can clearly see that's just how she is. Absolute wrong person to be helping customers, maybe she should be in the back on the grill so someone with a smile and positive personality can work the register. I like the food but won't eat here any more. Feeling like ordering food places a burden the employee is enough for me to order food from somewhere else.
I ordered two bacon beast burritos, one without potatoes. They argued saying it doesn't come with potatoes and then came back saying it does. I asked if they could hold the potatoes and they said they would. I also ordered a large drink. When I get to the window, no drink. I told her that they forgot my large drink and she said they don't have large cups. I looked at my receipt and they didn't even ring it up. I said never mind. When I drove off I discovered they put potatoes on both burritos. No customer service or competence.
If you look back in the kitchen it is disgusting for one, two the employees talk and work slow. They don't keep their stuff stocked, multiple people including myself had wrong orders. Employees are not friendly either, they don't really talk and mainly ignore people waiting at the register. Disappointing location.
They don't answer the phone when you call. They mess up on my order all of the time. No respect. They need training badly. Or find something else to work
The drive through was fast with very little wait. The food was hot and fresh. The employee was very nice and called back the order for accuracy.
This Carl's Jr in Moore was one of the best experience s we have had. We were waited on quickly and got our order and it was correct. Will probably visit this one soon again! .
Service is good and employees seemed nice. Had to wait a little while but they said it was cooked fresh which my mouth was cooking when I took a bite.
