I used to go to this BK occasionally. Lately, I have been disappointed with the place and the service. Today the bun on the Whopper as completely stale and tough to bite into. Also they used to have a television set to Fox News that I watched while I ate. They have done away with Fox (probably due to threats by woke bonehead leftists) and now have some boring, proprietary videos that nobody watches.
Just literally left the drive thru. They first handed me the wrong order. And then they handed me my order. I ordered a spicey chicken sandwich and an original chicken sandwich with no lettuce and they screwed that up as well. I'm allergic to lettuce. Thank burger King. You are usually pretty good but I don't know what been going on lately. Yall need to do better.
My experience was stellar, now let's keep it that way. No disappointments allowed.
Has absolutely amazing service went for a lunch with my son and they were a bit packed but was speedy service and food was very fresh as well and was excited for an awesome experience at Burger King especially this location!!
They were busy when I went. I went inside because I thought it would be much faster. Boy was I wrong...lol they were like so behind on orders. And had them mixed up. But b4 that I waited like a good 20-minute max at register b4, he even took my order. I wasn't tripping. Yet I hoped he got to me soon. And he did and took my coupon.... lol ?And I honestly did wait for my order long. And I was happy about cause my stomach was hungry. And it was delightful when I got home ?
If you had given up on the Burger King in Moore, OK, please give it another try. A new manager and employees are now in place. I've noticed a huge difference in the customer service and food quality!
My chicken fried were ready before I arrived. I walked in and saw them. Absolutely garbage, not even warm, it's called fast food not premade food. Won't be returning.
This has to be the best burger King around OKC. They're fast, efficient and their burgers actually look like what they advertise. Its never a disappointment going to this location.
This is one of the only fast food restaurants I will take my family and we always have a fantastic experience!The manager at this location, the senior team leaders and the new team members make sure to communicate well, they are helpful, and provide quality cooked food and quality customer service.We always leave with positive vibes after chatting with the crew who genuinely put in the work to help us out with dinner when I can't cook. ♡I hope they receive Holiday Bonuses ?
Rodney deserves a raise ? This location is amazing ...look at how it is always packed!!! Because they cook the food with quality care and genuinely provide a restaurant experience. I know when I cook at home I make a mess, it takes at least 20+minutes, and when kids or anyone requests picky stuff while I'm cooking I get cranky so...I appreciate yall for having to deal with "drive thru" or "industry professionals" that eat drive thru everyday expecting perfection in 10mins ? dang ..Thank you BK team for helping me to feed my kids when I am too exhausted or can't think of what to cook. Don't let the haters weigh you down...yall rock ?**keep up the excellent work**
