Started going to this location after dealing with the incompetence of the Norman location. They did much better for a while, but the last month, they've been terrible. I have reached out and given feedback through the website and have been given reward points, but nothing seems to be getting better. I place an order for pickup an hour or more ahead of time, and it's not ready for 15 or more minutes after the scheduled time, I'll be missing parts of my order, my order is wrong, or the food isn't fresh. I've now given up on Buffalo Wild Wings and will be taking my business elsewhere.
I'll give a 4 star but the staffing was extremely low and just on organized. We waited for over 30 minutes for a table but that was fine when we ordered it took over 45 mins to get our food. They misplaced our order and had to do it again so was kinda irritating but our waitress was a good one and food did taste good when received. Just prolly a poor schedule or a issue along that.
Our food was cold, we sent it back and they gave us cold for two more times before we asked to speak to the manager. Server rolled her eyes when we asked to speak to a manager about the food. Manager apologized and offered to comp our food and switch our waitress, did not comp food so we paid for our beer and left. The only good thing about this experience was the second waitress who brought us our check was very polite (Takiesha? I probably butchered that. Sorry in advance). Won't be coming back to this location again.
We got seated by a waiter with a very rude attitude. We asked if he can wipe the chair cause it’s dirty! How would you expect us to sit on a chair with lots of buffalo sauce. Then he wipe it with a dirty drug. Basically smear the sauce everywhere. The managers here need to train the employees! Lazy and rude people. Don’t even try to come in this location during the weekend!!
Disappointingly, the wings were the worst part of the night. Ordered the Ultimate Nachos and some Mozza sticks, and both of those were of excellent quality. The Thai Curry wings, on the other hand? I could only taste salt, and the chicken seemed a bit dry, and just caked with the sauce. I would place the blame on the execution of the idea rather than on the staff, however, as our experience with them was very pleasant the entire time. I may consider coming back in the future
It's been years since I have stepped foot in a BWW and it'll be years again before I'm back. Nothing special. I tried the chicken sandwich, it was decent, and the appetizers were again, alright. Only thing I found interesting is they have a smoking section at the bar, so if your a smoker or just don't want to wait to be seated and don't mind, you can go straight to the back and come out smelling like a chimney.
The cheese was watery for the nachos menus had residues of sauces. Floor and tables were a mess . They forgot our fries . Trash can was overfull
To start off the lobby and entrance were very dirty. Should have been a sign to leave right then. Then the hostess wasn’t friendly at all. Walked way ahead of us to a table dropped the menus and was gone without saying a single word. The server once she finally came over did a good job.One order did come out completely wrong. All the food tasted like it was cooked in some dirty greasy kitchen.Definitely won’t be back to this location again.
Just called them. And it was impossible for them to answer a simple question about the Tuesday/Thursday deals. Called the one on I 44 service. They may have took longer to answer the phone. Yet, overall answered my question and took my order faster then they could help me with one question. Over all the one on I 44 is .6 miles away with better service.
Wife and I ordered boneless wings and some fries via DD. Woke up this AM sick to our stomachs. Wouldn’t recommend BWW’s in Moore or anywhere else for that matter. Don’t trust their food anymore and seems like quality of establishments have gone downhill in recent years.
